Hi

If I got a text like this:

Hi. Good Morning.

where Good Morning is BOLDFACED.

I want the text to be converted to XML TAGS. So the XML tag would look
like:

<page no=3D"001" audio=3D"1"><AudioText><font
size=3D"14"color=3D"#000000">Hi. Good Morning.</
AudioText></page>

is this possible using macro?

Selection.Find.ClearFormatting
With Selection.Find.Font

End With
With Selection.Find
     Do While .Execute(FindText:="", Forward:=True, _
         MatchWildcards:=False, Wrap:=wdFindStop, MatchCase:=False) = _ True
         With Selection
             If Left(.Paragraphs(1).Style, 4) <> "Head" Then
                 .Font.Bold = False
                 .InsertBefore ""
                 .InsertAfter ""
             End If
             .Collapse wdCollapseEnd
         End With
     Loop
End With

That worked for me is it possible to append the below.

<page no=3D"001" audio=3D"1"><AudioText><font
size=3D"14"color=3D"#000000"></AudioText></page>

so my output will look like something like

page no=3D"001" audio=3D"1"><AudioText><font
size=3D"14"color=3D"#000000">Hi. Good Morning.</
AudioText></page>

and if i were to add tags like
...
which breaks sentences can

Including citation in a text displays title
Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel When I try to include a citation from my list of citations into the text that I am editing (APA style), the text included has the following content "(Author, Title-blable-title, year)".

I need it, of course, to include "(Author, year)" only.

Please help. Thanks! It probably does so because you have multiple works from the same author in the same year. What you could do is suppress the title by hand. Click within the citation. From...

Outlook 2002 unable to display text/plain INLINE attachments
Anyone else encountered this problem? Any fixes? I'm a email developer and we're firing different combos of MIME headers at a 2002 Outlook client to try and find a combo that it CAN handle. Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN Content-Disposition: INLINE on a multipart MIME message is still parsed as an "attachment" - and it bungles up an ATTxxxx attachment name for them as well. Outlook Express, Netscape, and other clients correctly display the attachments inline with the message body. direct responses appreciated - rcb at 3k dot com ...

Can't change View Text Size on some messages
On some messages (including some I send as a test to myself) when I view the message in a new window, changing the setting of Text Size under View doesn't do anything. Sometimes it is dimmed out so I can't choose to go from Medium to Large. Is it formatting that makes the difference? I send everything HTML format. I'm sure it's just one setting somewhere. It always is! -- Neil Sorry I meant to say that this was for Outlook 2003. "News Starstream" <ubetcha916@ssctv.net> wrote in message news:T92dnY-Ea_185kPZnZ2dnUVZ_oWdnZ2d@starstream.net... >...
