Need the help up of the Excel gurus..
I'm using Rob Bovey's XY Chart labeler to label a Red, Yellow, and Green XY
By the way...this add-in is great!!!
The data for the charts are built from dynamic named ranges for both X and
Y. I have a helper column for the labels that is a dynamic named range as
well. All data is linked to an MS Access db.
Here's what I'm trying to do:
The data for the charts will change whenever I load the file with new data
and was wondering if anyone knew how to create a macro to call up the Add In

I need a formula which would enable me to search for more than 7 words ( I
have at least 20 word) and when 1 of the word is found to display that word.
In any given cell will contain 1 of the words needed.

When I open Word 2007 the opening page contains the text of a document I
composed long ago and thought I had deleted. When I go New Document, the
blank document contains the same text. How do I get rid of it and have a
clean page on which to start?

Hello - I have a basic question.

What is the point of doing this. If you have a million records you will
have a million repetitions of the same text string.
If you "really" don't want to add the word as and when needed (very simple
in a query report or form) you could use an update querry (if the word may
change) or just add a default to the table field which will allow overwritting

Wayn...Publish calendar to web
I publish a calendar to a web page. Some events are marked as private, and
they don't get published. My problem is that where the private event is, a
label showing "Free" or "Busy" shows up on the calendar. I'd rather just
have an empty spot. There doesn't seem to be a way of selecting "none" for
free/busy label. This did not happen with Office 2000, but started with the
Office 2002 upgrade. How can I get rid of the labels? Thanks in advance.

Watermarks are anchored to a header. Double-click to activate the header
area; you should then be able to select and delete the watermark.

Yes, and no. Users will have access to the template, but when they open it,
they'll be opening the .dot file itself, not creating a new .doc file with
it. If you want to go this route, be sure to make the folder read-only, so
users will be forced to save the newly created file to their system, rather
than overwrite the .dot in the folder.

In Microsoft Publisher, I set up a custom size page ( 5.5 X 8.50) Statement
size. Printer is HP 7960 Photosmart with margins minimized. Page margins set
as .25 top, bottom, right and left side. Looks perfect on the screen but in
print preview there is extra space added to the left side of the page. When
it is printed the left margin is diminished by about 1/8:of what is set in
the document.. This is happening with another printer as well, HP K8600. I
feel it is a Office software issue and have been trying for weeks to solve

required in publisher to print jar labels. It seems that
the label 5163 does not exist. The nearest I can find is
L7173X but that doesn't work as the page size cannot be
altered and the labels are too large.

can covert the date from one format to another but every time need to

display the symbol (the delta does display when I put it in through

Wow,...MS Word Hangs when being opened for a reply.
I use MS Word for the e-mail replies and today it hung when I wanted to
reply to one of these HTML messages about gas prices that everybody seems to
forward to everybody. I used the task manager to shut down Outlook and then
Word would not start up. I tried to re-start and the system complained that
I needed to shut down a word progran, even though none was running. I
turned off the machine by holding the power button for 4 seconds.

Sounds like you need support from Dragon rather than Word. It suggests that
