Word is a poor html creation application. I doubt that Word's implementation
will enable you to provide the elements you require - however set the web
view to view the formatting and save as a web page.Better still use a proper
html creation tool to create the page
or
create it as an attachment as a Word document form or (if you have the full
version of Acrobat) a pdf format form.

If you send out the newsletter to customers, ensure that they can choose for
a text-only version of the newsletter as well. There are a lot of people out
there who don't like fancy graphics.

If, you have control over the source-HTML of your Newsletter page,

You can source a <DIV CONTENTEDITABLE ... and within get the features you
find in your richtext e-mail, Ctrl-B bold, Ctrl-I italic-emphasis, Ctrl-U
underline, Ctrl-C copy, Ctrl-X Cut, Ctrl-V Paste, Dragdrop ... the basics
(More you'll have to script).

The main source will-then supply all the <STYLE CSS/text you want to
pre-control.

If you've already started the Newsletter in Word, just Copy-Paste it into
that DIV....

You can (probably) construct your original Newsletter with DIV-inside-DIV
and then back-off the CONTENTEDITABLE from the outer-DIV source-HTML: leaving
an inner.

CONTENTEDITABLE is supported in IE since wayback, and 'Fieryfox' one-Div-only.

Ray.

Using expression builder object
Hi, I'm developing a wizzard in Access which builds import templates for various data sources to a fixed set of tables. This expression will then be stored in a text box linked to the templates table. Using part of a cell in a chart title
I have a chart which should get a title. However, this should be partly be used from a cell e.g. "counted with 5%" 5% should be taken from the cell and used in the title. Is this possible? So you may need to use a helper cell and concatenate text and value. http://www.andypope.info/tips/tip001.htm Cheers Andy -- Andy Pope, Microsoft MVP - Excel http://www.andypope.info "Nicole" <Nicole@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:5CB7A971-AA7F-4C34-BB42-7DC283AA2958@micro...

Grammar check not working
Hello, I am using Word 2007 and have a problem with grammar and punctuation errors. I deliberately put two spaces between words, do not put space after a comma, write long sentences and finish a sentence without a verb but the green underline never appears. The spell check is functioning properly, no problem with that. In Word Options > Proofing, "Mark grammar errors as you type" is selected. How can I change 'Normal' Style for Word e-mails to 'Normal (Web)'?
Hi, I'm using Word as my e-mail editor in Outlook 2003 and want to change the default Style for e-mails from 'Normal' to 'Normal (Web)'. The problem is that new e-mails and replies in HTML format use the 'Normal' Microsoft Word 'Style', and this has no gap after paragraphs. The upshot of this is that when sending an e-mail, I have to press return twice to create a gap, but when the recipient views this, their software shows it as four gaps (the extra carriage return I typed + their correctly viewed HTML carriage return after each line). E.g. I type this: ...

Outlook 2003
Hello, we have one client pc with Outlook 2003 where the following problem occurs: if a mail is replied from a user created sub folder of the inbox, the reply will not appear in sent mails, but will end up in the same sub folder, sender and recipient appear as identical. Displaying colour codes in Word 2007
I know this one isn't new, but that isn't a reason not to protest. There seems to be a conspiracy at M$ to drive the largest possible number of people MAD. When you select or inspect the colour of text or another item in Word 2007, the colour codes (rgb) are no longer diplayed in this version. Apparantly, this is because Word has been dumbed down for the benefit of people who've never seen a computer. If you want to choose a colour that matches another part of the document or an imported item, you need a large number of mouse clics. Even then it is far from obv...
