Whenever a user sends an email message from within a crm3 account as an
activity, two instances of the original message subsequently appear in
"history." how do i ensure that only 1 instance of an email is kept?

This does happens if you sent an email from one Crm user to another. If this
is the case you can avoid this by going to Settings > Organization Settings >
System Settings and on the tab E-mail Tracking set the second radio button
(Exclude e-mail) to Yes.
If it is not user to user mail the above won't change that.

In Outlook 2003 I can't seem to read html emails from
users using outlook 2000 and 2002. Viewing source shows
that the message is truncated. However if I view the same
message in OWA or Outlook 2000 it shows up fine. I've
narrowed it down to it being a unicode ascii issue, but I
can't figure out how to get 2003 to recognize that the
email is ascii and not unicode. Apparently it's reading
each byte in wide character format therefore removing
have of the message. If anyone has seen this or knows how
to resolve it please respond.

I have Office 2001 and have been running it on our G4 for awhile. Suddenly,
Word started going wacky and the toolbar seems to be frozen. I can't access
anything. For example, when I highlight File, it has a gray box around it
but nothing drops down. This is the same across the board. The only thing
with a drop-down menu is the Apple icon. I can't get to the graphics toolbar
or any toolbar.

with Outlook Web Access) the other day. Discovered that when an OWA user
replies to a message, the HTML in the message is malformatted. Specifically,
the closing </HEAD> tage is messed up, so there is no apparent closing tag to

Basically I have standard forms in Excel that require a number both in
numerics and in words, like a cheque. Ideally I would like to type in the
number and for another cell to = this number but display it in words. Is this
possible using Excel 2000?
You could type in a list with numbers in one column and the associated words
in the second column, then use VLOOKUP.

We all know that when we write and the text box width is over it continues
writing down, that's obvious. When I write in my Publisher, I mark the
Justify button, and as I write, it justifies the sentence leaving spaces and
all that and it looks ugly in small colummns. I know there is a way that
Publisher cuts the word in the middle, puts a little dash line and continues
the word down as I keep writting. I need Publisher to do that and I don't
