I recently discovered a great keyboard shortcut list for the office
applications. It seems to have practically every shortcut imaginable and it
fits on one page too! I printed it out and put on the wall next to my

I am trying to merge email using Word and Outlook 2002.
This merge consists of about 3000 recipients. When I
commence the merge I get an Outlook Security warning that
tells me that some outside program is trying to send
email using my Outlook profile and I have to click Yes or
No. It procedes to ask me for ever single recipient...
I'm not going to sit there and say yes for 3000 people.
Do you know of a setting somewhere that I can change to
not ask me everytime?
What service pack(s) have you applied? Did you choose HTML as the message
format for the merge?

I have created a label template in Publisher 2003. There are six labels per
page. The only item that will change on each label will be the serial number.
I have tried to use the catelog merge to get the respective serial numbers
on each of the labels. Unfortunately, that has not worked. Instead of
getting six different serial numbers on six different labels per page, I get
one serial number on six different labels on one page.
Is there a way to get different six different serial numbers on six
different labels on one page?

I've been trying to figure out a way to link to an specific page that is
imbedded in a visio file saved as a web page.
For example: I have a visio file that consists of 12 pages accessed by tabs
along the bottom of the screen. When I export this file as a webpage, access
to the individual pages appears as a pull down menu on the left side of the
page. The file is given an address, but not the individual pages, so if I
create a link to the visio file it always defaults to the first page.
Is there anyway to link to specific pages within the file?

I seem to notice a correlation between seeing the spinning beach ball more often after launching MS Word for OSX. I removed the PDFMaker.Lib and this improved the performance a great deal, but still noticing the SBB more often after launching Word.
Anyone know about this?
Many Word issues are related to corrupt Word Settings or Normal Template.
You could try removing the Word Settings file, then testing. The Normal
Template could be renamed, then test. Be sure Word is closed before removing
or changing any files. You could also consider running the Remove Office
utility and reinstalling Offi...one page in booklet format

There are instructions on how to turn drag and drop on/off for MS Word 2003,

I have a worksheet where I put some datas and then under this datas is a
chart. Place taken by this data isn't static - once there is more datas and
the other time there is more datas. I have problem with this chart, because
sometimes chart is shared between two pages on printing. Is there a
possibility to use something like property "keep together" in crystal
reports where object is printed whole on one page (if there is no enough
place it's started pritnting on next page)? Maybe somebody knows how to do

We just upgraded on of our servers to Exchange 2003 and now pdf Freedocs
will no longer replicate from a Exchange 2000 server (through Public
Folders). Anyone run into this problem? All other freedocs we've tried

I have a long Word 2003 document with all pages in portrait orientation
except one. That page contains a table the size of which requires landscape
orientation. I have always done this by inserting section breaks before and
after this page. But now for some reason I can't get the orientation to
change either on-screen or in my printer. When I check the page orientation
in that page (section) it is set to landscape. Suspecting typical Word

We just upgraded to Publisher 2007. Our documents appear the same on the
screen when opened but when in print preview they default to different size
We are using special size documents (4.26 X 5.75) when we notice this
happening. They all default to 8 1/2 X 11. Is there anything we need to do
to convert to 2007?

Open the file, select File, Print setup and input the paper size of choice.
Be sure to do a Save to retain the settings.

The situation is this we write a bespoke application which sits on an IBM
Universe database which we access using a program called SBClient, one of the
feature of this is we are able to run queries against the database and have
the output export in to Excel.
