Smart List /Payroll
New to GP. I am looking for the best place to pull employee demographics and
related annual base pay. I see this field on one of the payroll code screens
called annual pay but cannot find it.. I would just like the employee's
annual pay based on their pay rate.

resources tables and its called annual salary

(assuming you are referring to the annual pay rate stored for a pay

Odd issue has just popped up. Outlook XP on a few different computers this
week all ahve gotten the same issue. While working in a new email, or while
a few emails or drafts are open, the toolbars and menus all become locked.
Can't click on any of them. Hot keys like Ctrl + C don't work either. The
only option is to close down all of the drafts or messages opened to get it

If it is a table, you can simply copy and paste from Excel into MS Word.
If you are trying to print labels with Excel as the database, you do that
from MS Word and with the worksheet you want to use as the first

Good morning. I hope that some one can help with the design and setup for
doing the following:
1) Postcard 8.5 by 5.5 (basically half of 8.% X 11 letter paper).
2) Print on both sides
3) Mail merge on both sides
How do I set it up so that I can have 2 postcards to be printed on 1 sheet
using either one of MS Publisher or MS Word? (prefer Word)

Paper: Letter (8.5 X 11)...menu bar disappeared
Using MS Publisher 2003 and, dunno how, but the top menu bar has
disappeared. I can access all the normal toolbars but no menu bar. Any clues
as to what I may have done and how to get it back.
Would uninstalling Office 2003 and reinstalling solve the problem?? Have
tried uninstalling Publisher 2003 and reinstalling it but no difference.
Try this, Alt+V, click toolbars, customize, Toolbars tab, click reset. In the same
dialog, Options tab, Reset menu and toolbar usage data.

I have a script running in an EXCEL document that creates new workbooks

I have some columns with the width 4. Sometimes the validation pick list is
wide like 40 and sometimes it is only as wide as the column. I already know
there's code to temp make the column wider when you click on it. But this
behaviour of the pick list sometimes appearing much wider than the column
makes me think there's something influencing the width of the pick list
itself. Is there some way to control the width of the pick list without
changing the width of the column or is what I'm seeing occur just an Excel

I have alot of data that for some reason is in the smart list but is not
veiwed in the tables....any easy way to get the data back in the tables.
Have you used some tool like Query Analyzer to view the suspected tables? If
you will tell me the SmartList you are trying to view, I'll give you the

Several days ago, I downloaded Windows Mobile Device Center from Micorosft
web site for my Windows 7. As it needed Windows Genuine Verification, I

But now, I can not find this activeX control in my IE Add-ons List( IE ->

While working in a pivot table, I accidentally created a new worksheet in my
file with isolated data from the report e.g. pivot table shows all days of
the month with totals for each deposit account... my 'accident' created a
sheet with all the data for a single date. It turns out, this would be a
useful tool for my manager, but we cannot reproduce my accident. My mouse
was on the blitz and after a few solo selections the new worksheet appeared.

I am trying to set up a billing spreadsheet. On one spreadsheet I have a
list of product codes in one column, the description in the next column and
the price in the third column. On another spreadsheet I would like to pick
the appropriate code from a drop-down list (no problem with that) and I would
like the description and price to fill in automatically once I choose the
code. I thought this would be easy but I am stuck!! Having drop down lists
in each column is not an option since there are 163 things in each drop down

With OL 2003, you click Action>Junk E-mail>Junk E-mail Options>Safe Senders
and check "Also trust e-mail from my Contacts".
Sorry, I should have specified I'm using OL 2000 and that
does not appear to be an option under Actions.
