Can you tell me where to find instructions about how to
fix mail rules?
One of my mail rules will not allow me to modify it. The
Rules discription is grayed out and the MODIFY and REMOVE
buttons are grayed out and do not work.
Which version? What I have done is just re-create the rule and that does
the trick. Only rules I have found that get greyed out are ones created by
Outlook for the junk email senders.

Hello. I know that you can setup a smart host to forward mail to another
server (for filtering/av or whatever) but I was wondering if anyone knows of
a way to forward ALL mail to a smart host. This would include messages sent
between users of the same Exchange organization. I'd like to setup content
filtering and apply it to internal mail as well as incoming/outgoing. Thanks

Do you mean that messages for both accounts are populating the same Inbox

When I address a new email I place my cursor in the To line

I'm running exchange 2003 on SBS 2003 and have come across a difficult

have configured each client with an Exchange mail box as well as access
to their POP3 account. When Outlook sends and receives it collects from
both the local Exchange server as well as the POP3 boxes. When a user
