How to enable Shared Contacts to show up When Addressing an email message.

How to enable Shared Contacts to show up When Addressing an email message.
Basically when you type in a email address/name

it finds it in a another users "SHARED" contacts...
(So you don't have to manually find/add it.)

Can someone point me to some instructions?
Thanks
Russ

Attaching Contacts to new email
Creating a new email. When contacts folder has "shared" contacts and "personal" contacts how can you set your personal contacts as the default? Example: creating a new email having never addressed the "send to" contact before, you hit the "To" button. Currently my "shared" contacts opens up but I would like my "personal" contacts page to open instead of having to drop down to "contacts" to bring up that list. Is there a solution to this? Some Emails Cannot be Delivered
I have a problem that I cannot put a handle on with my exchange server. Some outbound messages do not reach their destination. The problem happens with certain destinations. However the confusing part is that some messages are able to make it through. This would mean that there are no problems with DNS or MX lookup or any connectivity issue since some emails manage to make it through. I'm at a loss and can't figure where to look first I hope that someone might have an idea. You'll have to provide more information. Are you receiving NDrs if so can you share them? Is ther...

Clicking on that line brings up a screen which allows me to cycle through the attached .jpg files, viewing them in sequence, going back and forth as I desire. NDRs forwarding to external contact
Hello, I have setup a contact with an external address, I then forward a user's email to this contact (as well as to their local mailbox). I appreciate Exchange shouldn't act as an open relay, but this is only specific, preconfigured email addresses. Do I have to enable this somewhere else? Contacts in Exchange #2
We are running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. I have tried to give a user rights to her boss's contacts through delegation and setting the rights on the contacts folder, however, while she has the rights she is unable to add or see her boss's contact folder in her Outlook. She can see it if she runs a search, but can not permanently put it in her list of contact folders. IS there a way that I can accomplish this through the back-end? Reply To Email after installing CRM Outlook Client
After installing the CRM Outlook Client, when opening an email and selecting REPLY, the current windows looses focus. I know this sounds minor but many of our power users are in the habit of hitting REPLY and typing without even looking at the screen. It is not until they look up do they realize that the window no longer has focus thus everything they thought they typed now has to be retyped. Has anyone seen this and know of a quick fix? Thanks in Advance -- Kenneth Clebak Kenneth Have you resolved this? I have the same problem, and it is VERY annoying. Saira "Kenneth Clebak&...

Get this error message when trying to print an HTML email using Outlook 2002 10.6515.6735 SP3. I've seen lots of single post threads regarding this issue with no responses. The problem is, the moment lasts up to an hour. Are there any settings that can be tweaked to speed this process up? Could it possibly be a printer issue? This just recently started happening. Any suggestions are appreciated. I haven't ever experienced this but are you on a slow Internet connection? An hour is an awful long time (which I'm sure you know already) "Geoff" <geoff.warner@gmail...
