Numeric content in one cell ( implicit formula ) and the result in another one
I made some search before, but too much information at the same time.
So I post this question:
In cell D2 , I have the following content : 10002/(14971213 - 37375)
In cell E2, I would like to have the result value of data in cell D2
I would not work with "left...len... search... right.." as the format
( then formula ) in cell D2 may change.
Is there a function giving the computed result of a cell and put the
result in another one?
In cell E2, will the formula "=D2" do it for you? Or is that too
simplistic and I don'...WLM crash

I have for the most part converted to Excel but have a simple macro that on
the surface cannot be converted.
The Lotus macro used a database, template and list of branch names. The
macro itself started with the name of the first branch, copied it to the
template, sucked in the data for that branch and then printed the report.
Then it went down to next name on the list and repeated the process until it
reached the bottom of the list.
In Excel it seems to indicate I have to repeat the steps for each and every
branch on the list and not loop back through a 8 line macro that refers to

So I just bought a new iMac G5 and I'm having a trouble finding a
solution to exporting my Outlook email to my Mac. I've spoken to
online and phone support at Apple and they weren't very helpful. Phone
support said I should purchase MS Office 2004 for the MAC and then I'd
be able to transfer my email and addresses. Is that true? Does anyone
have any advice or a solution? Help....

I have a large number of emails saved in a folder in my Mail box. Some of the

I want to save all the emails (including the attachments) to a USB device.
You cannot, assuming you are referring to Outlook you can only copy the data
file in its entirety, which can then only be accessed within Outlook.
You could save the emails as eml files and save the attachments seperately
