Messages not saved in Sent Items Folder
Outlook 2003. Some messages are not being saved to the
Sent Items Folder even though it is checked in the options.
Does not matter whether is a reply, forward or a new
email. It is seemingly random with most messages being
saved correctly to the Sent Items Folder.
I have a similar problem, along the lines of the below:
When i type email and attempt to send when not connected (due to temporary
connectivity issues and when unable to connect), the mail is saved in
Outbox. When next connected, the mail is sent *but* the mail is not saved in

I'm using Windows 7 with WLM 2009 (Build 14.0.8089.0726).
When I create a new mail message, I get an error "Unable to create this
stationery". The new message window open fine, with no stationery showing.
After I send the message, I check the Sent message and it has the stationery
I use showing in it. If I send the message to myself, the message also has
the stationery I use showing in it.

If your Outbox is acting funny and changing messages from waiting to be
sent (Italic Bold) to draft status (Normal Bold) and you have Scansofts
PDF Converter Addin installed, you need to disable the Addin. This is
from the Scansoft KB:
When sending messages to Microsoft Outlook Outbox in off-line mode, the
message is converted to a draft instead of a sendable message.
The PDF Converter Com add-in for Microsoft Outlook XP causes messages in
Microsoft Outlook Outbox (off-line mode) to convert from sendable

When validating xml against a schema, the most frequent error I get is
something like "The 'FOO' attribute has an invalid value according to its

friendly, so I'd like to extract the data in the failing node along with its
parent node data, and show that to the user.

This may be one of the strangest things I've ever seen, and I hope someone
can help me. We are currently migrating from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003
in a Win2000 AD environment. Our mailbox servers are now all Exchange 2003,
but the routing servers are still on 5.5. When a user sends messages to
certain external recipients, the message body somehow gets pulled into a .eml
file which is then attached to the message and tries to go out, but our
antivirus protection catches the .eml attachment and strips it from the
message before sending the message out; the result, as you might e...Subject based filtering of DSN messages
I can't make this work for the vast majority of the DSN messages we get
(message undeliverable and such). I have setup rules to filter the different
bounce messages that I see in subject lines and some of them work fine.
Most do not.
The messages the come from postfix (for instance) have mime-encoded
notification messages, split in several parts.
I've tried matching the Subject: line I end up seeing in Outlook and the
subject line that is in the internet headers of the message, which is not
what outlook shows me. I think exchange 2003 is recognizing these messages

It will explain how to upload the photo. Likewise, read how to use
