Invalid Address specified to RtlSizeHeap

Hi,

When I debug and am exiting the app, I got the following message in
the output window:

HEAP[MyApp.exe]: Invalid Address specified to RtlSizeHeap( 130000,
157560 )
HEAP[MyApp.exe]: Invalid Address specified to RtlFreeHeap( 130000,
157560 )
The thread 0x1178 has exited with code 0 (0x0).
The thread 0x11AC has exited with code 0 (0x0).

and also receive a message box saying that User Breakpoint called from
code at ....

I have known that this could happen if you try and delete the same
object twice, but is there any way to get some information from that
message to help in debugging?
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Anish.

It seems that you have corrupted the heap, possibly by overwriting the
bounds of an allocation. These types of errors are solvable, but it can
be time consuming. Tools like BoundsChecker and Purify were written
with this type of thing in mind.

Use the memory debugger window to see if you can determine what is in
the specified memory addresses before and/or after the corruption
occurs. This can be a big clue in determining what went astray. Often,
the "invalid address" is not an address at all, but data that was
written where an address was expected. Look at that data, and you may
be able to tell what wrote in the wrong place.

Server-Wide Auto-Reply / Address Change Notice
We are in the process of changing domains as far as email/web addresses are concerned and I wonder if it would be possible to have Exchange reply for each user with a message stating something like, "This is an automated reply letting you know that the email address for User Smith is now usmith@fakedomain.org." Outlook changing SMTP to X400 addresses
We are converting from an inhouse Exchange server to an ASP's exchange server. The email addresses are the same, but of course the AD forrest isn't. For some reason, some of our contacts seem to 'spontaneously' convert over to X400 style addresses. This isn't a GAL issue - for various reasons we don't use the GAL. The people that get the entire address book get it from one person who types in the names into a PST file. That PST file, when imported, seems to switch from SMTP to X400 syle addresses, and on the new server these addresses are wrong. Due to the G...

I'm using Office 2003 Hi Diane, You do have a few options: 1) Export your outlook address book to a csv file, and pick it up in Excel. you can then use a vlookup formula to return addresses etc. 2) Using Access, link a table to your address book in outlook.
