Can someone please help me with the following...?
People usually type JD in the To: field when they want to send me an email
via Outlook. After a recent addition and deletion of another account with
the initials of JD I'm finding that it is default to this user - and it's
not even trying to qualify the correct recipient with a list of possible
users, like it does with other similar users.

I am trying to copy and paste text from one cell of a table to another cell in the same table. The document is in Publishing Layout. The paste command deletes the text in the destination cell and then places a big empty text box on top of the table. I do dozens of these documents that are primarily tables and graphics. Previously I used Publisher on my old PC. Should I go back, or can this be done in Word for the mac?

A spreadsheet with charts was created using Excel 2003. I have Excel 2007
and saved it in compatibility mode.
I inserted a couple colored lines on the chart and created my own legend
based on these. A couple of issues:
1. When I close the file or even minimize, 2 of the colored lines on a
couple of my legends disappear upon reopening.
2. When I try to print a chart, it looks good in Print Preview, but then
looks magnified,half off the page, and only one of my drawn lines is printed.
When someone with 2003 prints, the sizing is correct, but all of the

On occasion, Outlook 2000 recommends a spelling
that's obviously incorrect. I suppose that I clicked on a
word too hastily. I'd like to remove these incorrect entries
tools, options, spelling, edit dictionary (from any app that supports the
office spell check) - its also available from the spell check screen when
you press F7 or you can search for custom.dic and edit it with notepad.

Professional that is having a problem with emails not showing up in
the inbox. The user has a PDA that does get the email and if you
search of the email on the computer, you find it and can open it
without issue. However, the email still may not show up in the inbox
until a restart of Outlook. Currently the user has caching enabled
and other then the missing emails, runs stable. However, if we turn
off the caching we experience an application crash with the
