Changing PO XML
I am using RMS1.2. I wanted to change the Purchase Order XML to rearrange
the PO line fields. I made the changes and saved the report. After the
change I set the read-only flag again. I had used a regular text editor for
the change and saved the change to the original file name.
However when I want to print my PO I get an error message that I don't use a
correct XML report.
Is there something "special" I need to do to make the change and save my

The user enters the number and then clicks O.K. on the form. What I want to

I want to print labels 6 per page; however, I want to control whats on each
label. Only one label appears on screen at one time. How do I get all the
labels to appear on the screen prior to printing so I can modify each one.
You will have to setup your page manually. Take a look at the margins and gaps
when you select your preferred label. Using these dimensions -- for example,
label 5164 -- Arrange, Layout guides, type .16 left & right, .5 top and bottom,
grid guides, 2 columns .19 spacing, 3 rows, zero spacing.

This is a tricky one but hopefully someone will be able to help. I need to
create a formula that can will give me an updated date based on dates. I
have a effective date and term of contract. Now if the contract is renewable
I want the formula to be able to look at the effective date and extend it out
by the term, say 5 years, and give me the new date if that day hasn't passed
the current day. If it has then extend the contract by the term again.
My thought is that only a very intricate IF function will work. I think I
have it but am having trouble getting into formula terms....Last digit of long numbers changes to 0
Using Excel 97, I'm using a very basic spreadsheet to log some files fo
a business. The reference numbers for the files are all 16 digit
long. I've set the column to number, but everytime I enter one of th
reference numbers the last digit is being automatically changed to a 0

Excel is limited to 15 digits of precision. If you want to enter
more than that, you need to first format the cells as Text, or
type an apostrophe before the number.

I've been trying to get this update installed for MONTHS, but 'no joy'! The
'boot-strapped' version (52MB at the time) is what I'd prefer, since the
'full package' is a bit over 300MB, and even the 52MB fails to install before
shutting down and re-starting (every 5 minutes). The "dial-up" connection

We have a big problem in our company, we are working with english and French
guys and we are forwarding some Excel spreadsheets between each others.
But, as you know, in France the never put any comma to separate the
thousands in the numbers (one thousand is written 1000,00 in France and
written 1,000.000 in the UK) so Excel is doing this job for us.
When I open the file in the UK Excel version, it shows the commas, when I
open it in the French version, it does not show it.
My problem: when you save the files as TAB delimited formats, it export the
comma or not depending of the...Where can I find a forum to help with writing sql reports?

When you print the master chart (the chart sheet), doesn't it also print the
embedded chart? You have to select the master chart and not the embedded
chart or just the embedded chart will print.

&...Help! error Masked Edit Control In GroupBox?
In VC6.0, I created a dialog template and added two Microsoft masked edit
control 6.0, they worked well. Then I added a groupbox around these two
controls and resorted the controls' order, the two masked edit controls
doesnot display correctly, neither in testing nor after being compiled.
In the other test, I set the groupbox to invisible, the Maksed edit control
works well, But I need this groupbox to be visible.
I can't find any useful message in Internet.
Dose anyone know why?

time. Now the chart has the dates on X axis and the data is plotted
along Y axis (0 to 5000).
How do I lay the chart so that the date is on the Y axis and the 0 to

I was in the wrong area when I asked this before. I am new at this and
trying to figure out how to make a list of names, addresses, phone numbers,
etc., that I can then print on 3x5 index cards. I want to be able to keep
the information in my computer, but be able to print out cards to look it up
if I'm not on the computer or to give to my sons who use Mac's instead of
PC's. I figured someone had made a template for how to do this, but I
haven't been able to find it. I have Office 2003 with Word, Excel, Outlook,
