The document map for one of my documents has stopped displaying headings from
the beginning of the document and instead displays headings from a point

I'm using Outlook 2003. I have this problem with adding
pictures in messages. When ever I add a picture in a
message(not as attachment), the picture looks much bigger
than it actually is. The funny thing is that, when I
check the size of the image in the message it shows to be

the box I have a happy face. I'd like the happy faces to be anchored to
their corners so when I enlarge or shorten the box, the faces move along with

Why not create a rectangle, insert the happy faces, group. The problem as I see
it would be if you resize, the happy faces could be distorted if you widen or
shrink the group. You would always have to re-size proportionally.

We are using Office XP SP3 and Exchange 2000 with SP3.
Some of our users will send Word documents as attachments
in an email from Outlook that when you open the
attachment, word goes into file conversion because it
can't read the document. Typically, they send it again
and it opens fine. Sometimes it has taken two or three
tries. It is random and inconsistent. I have not been
able to duplicate it.
Has anyone else experienced this?
