excel margin issues on landscape
When I print a spreadsheet I cant get it to print to the full page - it prints smaller unlike older excel program. Also when i set the margins for a spreadsheet the left hand margin wont move over to the edge of page like right hand side? I have created a template in Excel which has been set up so that the layout is perfect when printing to pdf (which is how the document will mostly be used) but the layout changes if printing direct to our printer. Hiya Folks I have the same problem as has already been discussed on the forum (see below@ end of my email), but in my case there is an additional twist. The orginal issue was solved by using Rob Bovey's XY Chart Labeler to add labels. Print preview anomoly
I have an application that was created in excel which has command buttons, drop down input fields, and Labels. Whenever I go to print preview all of the Visaul Basic command buttons, drop down input fields and labels move to the left of the paage being previewed. Closing the print preview window and the buttons stay to the left. Can anyone help. I have reloaded Office and I am using WIndows XP. publication designs in publisher
i am trying to create a flyer in publisher. basically, i have about 7 or 8 different sheets, all with the same content, but i want to have a different publication design for each one, so i can show my boss variations. however, when i try to change the publication design on say, page 3, it changes it on page 1. i can't seem to have 7 or 8 different sheets, all with different publication designs. is this because it sees all these sheets as one publication rather than 7 or 8? any help would be much appreciated. thank you! I am creating binder spine labels using Publisher. It will allow me to make more than one copy per page, but I would like to make at least 4 different labels per page. Any suggestions? What version Publisher? What size are the labels? You will need to setup your page manually. I have created a spreadsheet to help with a university engineering assignment and I have added a worksheet that is basically an automatically generated report of all the calculations. I have set the Print Area up in such a way so that the results are printed out in well defined pages (e.g. page 1: title page, page 2: summary of input variables, page 3: summary of calculation results etc). In a MS Publisher document, I have pasted animated bmp & gif files. When I send the doc by MS Outlook email, the animation doesn't work when the message is pulled up. Is there a special way to paste & activate animation in Publisher? This is not an option in Publisher. i - I only have access to WSS3 not MOSS but would like to output the available space on the site on the home page. I get this from the Storage Space Allocation under the Site Collection Administration as I have Administrator rights but can't find a way to output the field or amend permissions so that other users can see this information without giving them fulll admin rights. JWalk Chart Tools series label problem
I am using John Walkenbach's "JWalk Chart Tools" add-in to label a data series with values from other cells. (I want percentages as data labels even though the series is charted as actual values.) The two cells I'm using to label the two points in my series are not next to each other, if this is important. How do I print grayscale font in Excel 2003?
In print preview, and on printed pages, all colored font shows up as black. White font stays white. Font colors are displayed correctly in the worksheet. I wish to make up a booklet of an A6 size and have pages in sequence when developing booklet. Then sent to printer so that pages are printed back to back and when pages are removed and sequenced and folded, it makes a A6 booklet. File, page setup, booklet, portrait, type 10.5cm width, 14.8 height. This will create two small A6 booklets. You will have to cut the booklets apart. Hello All.. I am trying to get my worksheets to play nicely..but no success. I have say 10 worksheets, and in cell "B4" I have Client Copy (across all sheets), so it needs to print all those sheets... Then I need to change "B4" to Delivery Copy, then print all those sheets, etc etc Problem is at the moment, it goes through all the sheets, and only prints the Dock Copy sheets (the last set). Wrote a little .CMD file to put the PC to sleep: psshutdown.exe -d -t 00 Works as advertised, but every time I execute (or even edit...) it, somebody pops a dialog: "Open File - Security Warning The publisher could not be verified.
