In Tools | Envelope, you can click on Page Setup to choose a different
size (there are terms I don't understand in there, which may include a
6.5x9.5 envelope), or you can click on Custom to set up your own envelope.
Once setup, click OK and save the resulting document as a template.

numbers. i.e xxx-xxx-xxxx ext. xxxxx

This may be a stupid question, but how can I move elements in smaller increments? As it is now, when I use the arrows to move an inserted object, it will snap past the position I would like it to be in. With text boxes I notice that I can hold down the option key and that will give me smaller steps in which to move the box, but this does not work with inserted elements. What am I missing here?

In a column, I hav 16 digits numbers. But when I add 4 digit number after
last digit of that number becomes 4 zeros at last. e.g. 9503170011002910 (16
digit number) 1425 (4 digit number) becomes 95031700110029100000 whether it
should be 95031700110029101425
Excel can only handle 15 digit numbers, after that everything gets shown as
0. If you want 20 digits you will have to hold it as text.

I have a series of cells that will hold values such as 350,000.00. This
value is entered by the user and entire amount is used in calculations
across the worksheet.
I want the output to be 350k. This way, more columns can be viewed at a
time and makes for easier reading than a number with all the zeros.

click to get this kind of function but no more.
Are you perhaps confusing Word with Excel? Word has never had that
capability from a right-click option. You can use a formatting switch if the
number is in a field. Otherwise, you basically get what you type. (I suppose
you might have had an add-in that provided numeric formatting, but I'm not
familiar with any such add-in.)

This is really a sql question but; is there a way to find the position number
of a specific character within an item number? We're experimenting with
tracking revision info on items in GP by adding a new item number for each
new revision. So the first item number was 12345.A then the next revision
would be 12345.B, then 12345.C, etc.
If we do this I know I'll need to be able to find all the 12345 items to
