No. There is no such thing as Publisher 2000 v9, nor is there a version 9 of
Publisher, yet.
Verify the version of Publisher that you have, and also verify the version
of Publisher that you received the file from then post back.

Disaster Recovery for CRM 1.2Does anyone have any documentation on the steps to backing up CRM 1.2? We
want to make sure we are backing CRM 1.2 up correctly if the server should go
down. We were unable to find any documentation on Microsofts website for a
step by step backup solution. Right now we are just backing the CRM
databases using the scheduler in SQL; is this ALL that is required and if so
do we backup ALL of the databases or just certain ones?
The owners of the company want to make sure we can restore ALL of the data
if needed.

Can't use Merge featureIf I have a postcard file I've already made on the
screen, when I try to pull up the "Merge" feature under
Tools, it is shaded grey and I can't open it. It insists

Outlook 2003 forgets contacts after 1 dayOutlook 2003 is remembering contacts for a day and then automatically
deleting them. I have spent the last hour searching and can't find the right

Outlook does not automatically save Contacts ever. To what feature are you
referring? Autocompletion?

Numbers in a text field-can I add them up?Hi everyone! Using A02 on XP.
I have a table of data with survey response fields that contain a 0,1,2,3,4
or 5. However, the fields are formatted as text, not numbers. I need to add
up certain blocks (Items 1-6, Items 7-23, etc.) and then do some averaging.
I cannot change the field types from text. Must I append to a new table or
can I do something right in my query?
I've got one field in my query like this: ES:
[Item1]+[Item2]+[Item3]+[Item4]+[Item5]+[Item6]
My result is: 553453 or 554444, etc. I want: 25 or 22, etc.

OWA Password page not showing up.I installed the hotfix from kb 833734. I've also tried to follow the steps
found at kb 327843.
However, when I set an account to "change password at next logon" and go to
that account in OWA on a FE that's using forms based auth, it doesn't
redirect to the page for changing an expired password. However if i direct
my browser to that page manually and fill in the form, it unexpires my
password just fine.
Is this how it's supposed to work? Shouldn't it detect that it's expired and
thus redirect me to the page for resetting my password?

You can do this in TCP/IP properties\Advanced\DNS tab of machine. And
yes, this is not just for Exchange, so you may consider forwarding all
outgoing mail to some relay server (your firewall or ISP's server).

How do I set the number format to Base 12?I would like to change the number format on my spreadsheet from Base 10 to
Base 12, eg. 12 bottles makes up 1 case. Therefore, if I were adding up three
different cells 9 bottles + 11 bottles + 6 bottles, my result should be 2
cases 2 bottles if possible 2.2 in a case column.

Can't Stop External Hard Drive
I have a Western Digital 250 gb external hard drive connected via USB port.
I am also running Outlook 2007, which I believe has a function
searchindexer.exe that searches all my drives to index the files on them.
I want to be able to unplug the drive without first turning off my computer.
But I get messages saying that the drive can't be stopped. It used to be
that if I stopped searchindexer.exe, I could stop the drive. But that's
stopped working.

In the code behind the worksheet, enter (eg)

Cells(1, 1).Value = Now()
End Sub
This will enter in Cell A1 the date and time at which any entry is made in
that worksheet.
If you need the location of the time-stamp to vary according to which cell
is changed then you can test the value of Target and vary the destination

This is driving me ABSOLUTELY NUTS!
How can I keep the rows & columns of data that I am copying and pasting
off a website (my own in this case!), into a spreadsheet... WITHOUT
taking all the data formatting?
If I paste out of Ms IE v6 into Ms Excel (2003), it does at least keep
the
columns (something that doesnt happen if I paste out of FireFox, fwiw).
But it pastes with all the formatting & URLs etc - which I DONT WANT!
OK, I can save as .CSV, close, 2 warnings, and re-open but when done
REPEATEDLY this is a damned nuicance!

Can't turn off a reminder!An appointment reminder keeps popping up, but when I try to dismiss or open
it I get a message saying "Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be reminded
again. Cannot locate recurrance for this appointment." This appointment no

Can't insert rowsI am using Excel 2007 and have just loaded a spreadsheet created in a
previous version which is running in Compatibility mode. When I try to
insert a row I get an message "Cannot shift objects off sheet".
How do I insert rows on this sheet? No problem with another workbook loaded
at the same time which was created in 2007.

E-Newsletter Doesn't Print All PagesOutlook 2003 & 2007

I have a customer who designs and sends out an E-Newsletter in MS Publisher.
When I receive the e-newsletter and try to print it, it does not print all
of the pages of the newsletter. Typically it only prints the first page (of
3 pages).
I realize most would recommend that the customer send it out as a PDF
attachment, but the preference is to send it out as an e-newsletter.
Any thoughts on why I can not print all of the pages in the newsletter and
what I can do to make it work?
