I have tried a dozen protection setups in an attempt to keep someone
from using clear all to delete data in unlocked cells. (They need to
change values in these cells thus the access). Clear contents is OK.
Is there a vba way to remove this particular entry in the standard

hello! ive been trying and trying to paste in a document i wrote using word. the doc is in spanish, and pub keeps popping up a window every 2 SECONDS (which is really annoying) saying it can't hyphenate the text. im not very computer savvy so i dont even know what that means! is it like hy-phanate? i dotn even want it to do that! it says i need to download something from the disc, which of course i no longer have. why can i do it in english with no problem? im using pub 2000 by the way. Hoping that someone can help with this.
I'm trying to insert an Adobe Acrobat document into an Excel worksheet. I'd
like to see the document contents, not an Icon. According to the Excel help
files, it should be possible to display the file as it shows up in Acrobat
but no matter what I do, I see only an Icon.
I went through the procedure listed in the help files to convert the
document (ensuring that "show as an Icon" is not checked) but nothing makes

solution that I had for others.
I couldn't for the life of me change the Credit Limit or credit card
interest rate for a newly added credit card from a bank that WAS in MS
Money's list of banks in the "Select a Bank or Brokerage" screen. So,

If your machines aren't on the same LAN, copy the directory to a RAM
drive, to your iPod, or to a network drive, and then copy them from

I'm trying to change the font at runtime for some controls (textbox,
combobox, ...), I did it using SetFont method.
The problem I have is that comboboxes resizes themselves after font
changing, modifying their height in order to contain text with the new font,
and that is fine.
TextBox controls, instead, don't resize themselves; I can resize their
height, but I dont't know exactly which new value I should use.
I can try to get font size with GetTextMetrics and add some gap value in

I just realized that when I was EPM updating theXX project plan that I was in
(Read Only) mode. This was after I made a bunch of updates to the plan. Is
there a way to copy the version that I saved to my local (attached) into the
Enterprise Server? I think if I now try to import this plan into EPM will
require me to save as another name and possibly create a new Workspace? I’d
rather avoid that.

After inserting a chart into publisher using the insert > object > microsoft
excel chart the chart looks fine originally. When you double click the chart
to edit it it completely disorts creating a huge amount of white space and
compressing the chart. While in the edit mode you can select a predefined
template design to adjust the chart back but when you exit the chart it never
looks the same. Lines are fatter, trendlines shows pixels, etc. Anyone know
a solution as these charts need to edited on a monthly basis.
