Hi, I am trying to create visio file by importing *.csv files into visio
2000. I have had limited success, but I want to connect the shapes--from the
stencil sheets--together. Does anyone have any documentation about this? From
the basic flowchart stencil sheet, i can link together two process shapes
with a connection. But I do not know how to connect an annotation shape to a
process shape. I also do not know how to put two words on different lines for
an annotation shape. I know it's confusing, but I have an example of what I

when composing an email? When you set the fonts under
Options->Mail Format, only the font in textarea for the
message body gets changed.
Correct. That's what that setting is for -- to change the message font. If
you want to change the font sizes of other elements, you'd have to design a
custom form. In some cases, changing the overall Windows font size might
also have an effect.

in Word i.e. - 1,1.1, 1.2, 2, 2.1, 2.2, 3 ... etc. These are item numbers in
a procedure list that I want to show on a form or report in 'text' order.
The problem is that the sort order 'reads' 2.10 (two decimal ten) as equal to
2.1 (two decimal one). Is there a routine for handling this sort? Any help

I have a notebook running Office XP on Windows XP. I'm receiving mail form
an Exchange server through a pop3 connection. I have been receiving all mail
in plain text format, even mail I sent to myself in RTF and HTML is coming
back as Plain text. I've tested to see that the mail I'm sending is truly
formatted RTF or HTML and it is. The only thing I could think of that would
cause this is security settings. It doesn't appear to have any restrictions
set to prevent these formats.

I have some VLOOKUPs which sometimes return 50 or 60 characters (they're in
merged cells). I want the text to wrap, and the cell to enlarge to fit the
text - Just like it does whan you type it in, but somehow, because it is
being returned from a formula it just displays the bottom line of the
wrapped text, and doesn't resize the row.
Anyone know how I cam make it fit?
I'm happy to use a VBA solution if there's no built in way to make it happen
