Merging Excel contact list with Outlook email
I have a list of around 300 contacts in Excel with their names an
their email addresses. I want to send all of them the same email, bu
personalising each mail for each person. I dont want to copy and past
each email and each name individually into the message 300 times.
Is there a way of automating the process so that the emails ar
automatically inserted into the the email address box, and the names o
the contacts are inserted just after the word "Dear" in the message?

Creating a chart from Excel, I copied and pasted it to my Word document. I
now need to put in some lines to create a graph, but when I insert the line,
the table expands and places the line within one segment. I want to extend
the line across the top of the whole table. I don't see where I can lock the
table so it won't change.
Drawn lines have nothing to keep them in place. Use a real bit of data,
and the line will stay locked in place:

Easy, but you have to use a menu choice not shown on the menus by default.
Do a View, Toolbars, Custom...CRT, VCRT, MFC merge modules not updated with VS2003 SP1.
Merge modules are not updated by the VS2003SP1 installer. Where can I get new
msm files with updated components?--
I have checked those msm files after applying the VS2003 SP1, their
contained DLL files have already been updated to the 7.10.6030.0 version
If this is not the case in your machine, I suggest you run that VS2003
SP1package under the admin account.

I would like to validate data but cant quite get the formula right. I
have a cell (say F7) that cannot be blank if (say E7) another cell
equals a text value (say "S"). Anyone have an idea? I am stumped at
this seemingly easy task.
I forgot to add the valid combinations:
E7 = P and F7 = Entry: OK
E7 = P and F7 = Blank: OK

I tried to customise the Porfolio Valuation view, which seems to have
corrupted itself. It no longer displays any lines and just correctly
displays the total in the blue area of the screen. On clicking Change
Portfolio view | customise current view | Portfolio Culumns Tab shows
that the Display column box is empty. Clicking on the reset to default
button re-populates the box and saving does not rectify the problem.

Two questions - similiar nature!!
1. This formula relies on another cell having the appropriate
information in which it can perform. However, if nothing is entered in
the cell and I want to copy the formula down the column for future
entried - What can I include in this formula to ensure that if other
cells are empty (nothing to calculate against) that it leaves the cell

Be VERY careful if you even LOOK at the 'Merge Duplicate Accounts' page.
If you go to the 'Merge Duplicate Accounts' page, the focus is on the first
drop-down box in the list. If you then scroll down the page with your mouse
wheel, you might not notice that the first drop-down list has scroll from
the 'Make a selection' (or whatever prompt) to some valid account in the
list. When it gets to the bottom of the list, the page scrolls, taking that
focused list out of site. You may then pick another drop-down list and make

Hi guys, every Friday I send out a message to about 100 emails. This
week I had to reinstall Vista and Office 07 and now I can't get emails
to go out.
The merge happens in that I can see the names being filled in but
basically the messages don't get sent. They are not appearing in my
outbox or sent mail.
I'm on an Exchange server, but that's not new.
Grateful for advice so I can get this message out urgently.

This will open the form in a state that is ready to enter a new record,

If there is only one value in each row, then simply using
