Changing & Saving Fonts
When I change the default font in a new Excel Worksheet I seem to have to
change it inn each cel individually. How can I do this more efficiently.
To create a workbook and a woksheet template
Open a new workbook. Customize fonts as you wish through
File>Save As Type: scroll down to Excel Template(*.XLT) and select. Name your
workbook "BOOK"(no quotes). Excel will add the .XLT to save as BOOK.XLT.
Store this workbook in the XLSTART folder usually located at........
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLS...How to fill down without changing the format?

I need to programatically change size of property page dialog. It
would be nice if the reason was that I am trying to do something for
visually impaired users, but no... I am dealing with some devices that
lie about their screen resolution.

I have some spreadsheets that are protected and I don't have the password to
unprotect. The spreadsheets are all in 2007 and I'm using WinXp.
The problem that I have encountered is that number formats periodically
change from number (0 decimals) to a date format. The numbers are unusable
by parts of the program, summing the numbers and counting each item.
I have tried to run a macro to programically correct the format, but that
hasn't worked. I suspect that 2007 prevents changing a protected
spreadsheet, using that method.

Most of the Templates have sheet protection enabled but not passworded.
Tools>Protection>Unprotect Sheet should do the trick.

You can use conditional formatting to do this:
Assume the cell of interest is cell A1

Select cell A1

I have this problem here. We have Exchange 2003 and Windows XP as the
environment. Office 2003 is the client that we are using.
When this computer is another domain than the exchange server the
Outlook constantly is asking this user to change his password. It says
that your account is expired. This account is not expired and is not
logged out or something like that. Even if the user changes the
password, this happens again. There is forest trust between these
domains both ways.

I have over ten different charts that I copy into a report out workbook at
then end of each month. The normal stuff Date, goal, actual. the data
format is set for % so the the 0.15 will show up on the chart as 15% when I
save it. When my boss opens the chart it show up as 0.15 again.
How do I make it keep the format I created it in??
The Date does the same thing but only on some of the charts. Starts as a
date (month-yr) then it changes to 12345 general number.

with CRM 3.0. There is a SQL script in the Optimizing CRM 3.0 document which
is supposed to clear these logs but when I try to run it I just get errors.
I have run SQL scripts from this document before but this one does not work.

Hello all. I have a workbook with multiple pivot tables pulling from a
odbc datasource. The database has been moved to a new server and I a
finding that even when I update the SQL with the new location in an
