Printing Newsletter in Publisher 2003
I have Publisher 2003 on an XP OS and trying to print a newsletter with 2
pages per tabloid size paper. I was able to do this OK with Publisher 2000.
It seems that the 2003 version does not have a "Book fold" option for the
layout. The Print Preview looks OK and shows page 6 and 1 for the layout.
For layout I choose "Booklet". What I get is page 6 and 1 on 1/2 of the
11x17 paper. Help!

If you are, you are running out of printer memory.
Have a look in the properties of the printer driver, and change the settings

Print area is set, print preview displays selection, always on far left of

To get your printout to center on the page chose Page Layout, click the
Page Setup quick launch button (bottom right corner of the Page Setup group).
Choose the Margins tab, click Horizontal.
There is no command to right align a printout, but you can change the left
margin to force the printout to the left.

Yes, you can create multiple PSTs. I keep mine stored in
the same file location but with different names.

I am trying to set up an easy way to post ACH transactions. Currently
we have been using Bank Tranactions and using Increase/Decrease
adjustment. I thought I could use Quick Journal, but it does not post
to the Checkbook Register.
The transactions are similar each month. It is for sending out Child
Support payments and 401(K) contributions. Any ideas on how this can be

If you are talking about multiple part numbers, yes, use the alias function.
Remember what a barcode is. Its a graphical representation of a partnumber
that is machine readable. It doesn't describe the item, it is only a number
to reference that item. Just like your phone number, it means nothing, but
everytime someone dials that number, it gets to you.

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I'm a bit of a newbie when
it comes to mucking around in excel, I've had a search but I don't
really know what to call what I want to do, so finding the answer is

a unique reference for each row.
What I'd like to do is pull information from all those workbooks into a

I'm sure I highlited all text and set it to Arial 10.
Then I drag the file to desktop, move it to vista windows mail draggin
into inbox or other folder. The result is some parts of text shows arial 10
some others Times new roman 10 or 12 what is annoying, because I use
all arial 10, so I have to manually forward the email, highligh it again and
set arial 10

I have set up a spreadsheet with time based on what our company truck
drivers work. We work under a DOT rule of 70 hours / 8 days. That
means that the driver can not work more than 70 hours in an 8 day
The sheets I have (one for each month) goes back 7 days plus the
current day and calculated how many hours a day the driver works and
subtracts it from 70, leaving how many hours they can work the next
day. If the calculation gets to 0 or above, the cell changes color to
alert me that the driver's 70 hours are up and he/she has to have 34

Hi. I am new to your form and am struggling with the Multiple Item Forms. I
want a combo box on the top that will select an id number from a table called
'SurveyA'. The multiple item form should then only display the records in a
table called 'ActTravDiary' with that id number. As the ID number is changed
a new group of records should be displayed in the form.
I know how to initiate a change in one combo box based on another combo box
(i.e. Row Source), but I cannot find a similar property for the multiple item
forms. Please help.
