Best Practices for departing employees
is there a Best Practice for what to do with a users Exchange mailbox when
they quit. I know that most companies have their own policies (we don't) so
I'm wondering if there is a recommended procedure when an employee quits.
Talk to your legal/compliance group. If you have things that need to be kept
for legal/compliance issues, then you'll want to look at some sort of
archival process. If not, give the manager of the person 30 days to request
mail (in a .pst or archive) and then delete the mailbox.

How do i delete the cache of old stock ticker symbols that appear every time
i try to manually update the price of a stock?
Go to the portfolio, and click on Work with Investments -> Delete an
investment if you want to remove them from the file - this should remove it
from the price history list.
If you want to keep any investment activities, then go to the investment in
question, click on its details/settings and remove the symbol.
Alternatively, click on update prices -> 'pick online prices to download'
and deselect those you don't want to download.

If they are on the same line your chances of getting what you

But use MS Word, Mailmerge as you may have done before
would probably insure consistent results.

I copied my pst file from the old computer to the new one. However I
received an error message when I clicked the "To..." button on a new email

problem by refreshing the contacts in Outlooks account settings.
However I have a remaining problem. When I sync my palm with the new

Setup a consecutive number database and merge. You can do this within Publisher
or in Excel, Access and even a Word list will work.

If you have been moving mailboxes to another server then
you will have a goodly amount of free space in the store.

The general answer is Yes and Yes.
If you have been using a non-US version, the answer is No and No. Unless you
are a Canadian. Then there is probably a Maybe answer.

Getting started with home-based business may be troublesome and in
many cases people may get mystified on 'how to actually go about it'.
Many individuals wish to undertake online business, but the fears of
starting usually pull them behind. Here, you need to realize that
'information' is the function of acquaintance which means that 'the
more knowledge one gets regarding what he wants to do, the easier and
better it becomes for him to do it'. Therefore, you need to look for
useful details before you decide to undertake home based business.
