Logo image gone

Logo image on reciepts shows a computer instead of our logo. We had the logo
print there for a short period of time, but now it is back to the default
computer logo. I have even taken the default computer image out of the images
file and replaced it with our logo. The image shows in the reciepts format
view, as it should , but does not print. Any suggestions?

Check please few things:

1. Go to Store Administrator Program
2. Click on File -> Configuration > Then click on Register Tab
3. Check the Path & File Name in Store Logo text field.

4. Login now to Store Manager Program
5. Go to Database > Registers > Receipt Format and Select your Receipt
Format you are using for printing
6. click on Properties button then again in the beside the Sales: Click the
Properties button
7. Check is there any file name defined in XML Attribute Logo Filename
(Header) if so clear it or remote it.
8. Save the settings and run your POS program.

If works please rate this.

you might want to check the size of the logo also. The preview utility will
show logos of all shapes and sizes (file size) but your OPOS printer probably
cant handle it.

If you are using a thermal receipt printer, try making the image no larger
than 120 x 85 and make sure it is monochrome.

Thank you for your responses. I apologize , I failed to mention that this is
our Full Page Sales Receipt Invoice. I have tried both bitmap and jpeg
images. I have also tried several sizes. I am using the same printer that I
used when it did actually work.

Jeff,
Yes , I followed Akber's instructions. Same result. We were getting the
"store logo" computer image. No matter what we seem to do, we continue to get
that image. I have deleted that image from the file. It still prints on the
invoice instead of our logo. I even changed the link in the register
configuration. Is it possible that the XML template does not allow a
change? There are some things that we would like to change about the invoice
anyway. Is there someone you can refer me to to contract to have those
changes made?

Hello,

We have tried two other fulll page receipts and we have the same logo
problem. Shows a logo that is not even in the system that we know of since we
removed it from the files. We are printing on a Dell laser printer.

How to save a picturebox's image to a .PNG file? (VB6)
Hi all! I have a little program (written in VB6) that saves the image in a picturebox to a BMP file. The problem is that BMP files are several megabytes in size and do not support DPI (dots-per-inch) information for printing.
