I used to do this quite easily in Excel 5. I can't find how to do this in

We have 3 stores using RMS. When we do an item movement report in HQ it
provides what appears to be correct info. However when viewing the sales
transactions for 2 of the 3 stores, sales slips that comes up has a different
transaction number then what is showing in the report and is unrelated to the
item being viewed. I tried using "check" in HQ administrator and reindexing
files. Probelm remains. Any suggestions? Thanks

Recently we have started to notice that for some items, the Quantity on Order
is negative. We are running GP 9.0. The quantity going negative seems
associated with the processing of a PO where the quantity ordered was one
amount and the quantity received was a larger amount but subtracting one from
the other does not give the negative amount. I run reconcile and it takes
care of the negative but I don't think that I should have to run reconcile
all the time. I would like to find the problem or if we are doing some thing

Have several Wireless PDA all running Exchange Sync. It appears as though
that any calendar items older than 2 weeks old are deleted from the
smartphone. It still remains in the Outlook calendar. I contact Palm and
they say this is default for Exchange Sync and there aren't any changes that
can be made on their end to over ride it.
Anyone know how to keep items older than 2 weeks old?
This is actually under your Calendar Settings in Activesync settings on the

I have a worksheet for each month with a summary sheet at the front.
On the summary sheet I have columns headed Jan, Feb etc and say cell A1
='Jan04'C7 and so on down that worksheet, all in all I pull about 20 cells
from Jan onto the Summary sheet.
When I move to the Feb column then B1 = 'Feb04'C7 and so on. At the moment I
have to set up each individual "lookup"cell to theSummary sheet. Is there a
way that you can "drag" the Jan column to the right and have the formulas
duplicate for Feb and then so on across the worksheet for each month.
