Creating new message, signature font is red?
When I create a new message my signature is red. When I go to edit under
tools/options/mail format/signatures - it is black. Why?
Even though when you're in the settings the preview is black, I would go
through the process again to make sure it is indeed set to black: Tools >
Options > Mail Format > Signatures > Edit > Font > Color... and set the color
again. If that doesn't do it, make sure you didn't accidentally click the
font color to red at your new message beFORE you inserted your signature--if
you accidentally clicked the box while in the ne...Not going to pay for it!

I'm having problems with having my signature automatically appear when I'm
sending e-mails through CRM. Does anyone have the same problem or knows how

There is no possibility as far as I know to generate a Autosignature for
sending e-mails thru the MS CRM Web-Client. But we are working on an
Add-On which will do excatly this. Each user will have the possibility to
define his own personal signature which will be added then automatically.

OS is XP Prof with Office 2003. I have a signature clause set up in
outlook as well as one in word under Tools, Options, General, Email
Options. However when I mail from word using either of the icons
"Email" or "Send to Mail Recipient (As Attachment)" it never includes
my email signature from either outlook or from word by default. You
have to click in Outlook "Insert, Signature, etc. How can I force it to
use the signature from either word or outlook by default? Obviously if
I create a message in Outlook my signature comes in by default.

We use WSUS to send office (critical and standard) updates to approx 300
clients. When we send out the critical junk filter update we get this

signature picker. When viewed in Advanced Edit in Signature picker the
graphics display. When the message is sent they are missing. Using Rich

Send your messages in HTML with an HTML signature that includes the graphic
as an embedded image. Just don't expect the recipients to always be able to

I have just upgraded my computer to Office/Outlook 2003

Since Outlook will use for its replies the same format as that used by the
incoming messages, perhaps the mesage...How to get Signature property!
i found a macro which shows how MS Word digitally signs documents. In that
macro it uses following function to add a digitall signature in word
Since MS Excel also digitally signs its workbooks using the same manner. but
when i tried to find the Signatures property i didn't found it in the Excel
So if it is not there, then where excel stores the signature information

My compnay is trying to standardize the email signatures used on each email
client. We have both Mac and PC in the office. All PCs are using Outlook
2002 SP3 and the Macs are using Outlook Express 5.02. The problem I am
having is when I create a signature withing Outlook 2002 and send a message
to a user with a Mac the formatting for the signature is out of whack. OE on
the Mac seems to add spacing between the lines and disregards any font
formatting (bold, italics, etc.). Anyone know what's going on?

not find something about an aciv desktop something.
One way is to use the Active Desktop. Control Panel > Display Properties >
