Word Track Changes
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
I am working on a large document with several other people where we use track changes. The person's changes show in blue on their version of the document but when I open it they appear grey. I look at my preferences and grey isn't selected as an option. Any ideas?
You most likely have the color set to Auto in which case reformatted text is
marked with the default [usually black/gray] color. The other individual
probably has the color set to Blue or By Author.

I am using a cvs file to copy & paste data into a workbook (not saving
the file as an excel document and then coping & pasting into the
workbook). This workbook is updated weekly from the same hard format
reporting system with current information only - all other aspects of
the report remain the same. I am seeing duplication of the labels
within my pivot table. It seems that the information is being recorded
as stacked data not as continuious data within my data base. Could this
be caused by the copy & paste directly from the cvs file rather then
from an excel file.

When I open windows mail it automatically downloads and it deletes it from my virtual yahoo inbox, is there a way i can get it to stop deleting it or being able to place those messages back in my inbox to retrieve anywhere? also, it doesnt allow me to send messages so i cant foward them to myself!

there was an option at the bottom of the list of emails (delete after

I have now upgraded the database to 2007, and the same code although it
appears to run ok, does not actually update the word document fields, i also

I have 2 machines running XP and Outlook 2000. Both
mahcines are setup to using the same Exchange Server
When i open outlook in one machine all mail are visable
is the inbox, and new mail is received correctly. But if
i opne Outlook on the second machine my inbox is empty.
Any new mails will appear quickly then disappear. I
cannot get the second machine to display old emails.
If I leave the first machine off, all new mail will stay
in the second machines inbox, but if I open outlook on

which is of date type. I have grouped it into months and quarters
However when i refresh the pivot table whenever the data (which is in
seperate sheet) is changed, the groupings are going out. I want t

I have reinvented the wheel by making a paper survey and then entering all
the answers into a spreadsheet. the format of the spreadsheet is; the first
column is the id of every person surveyed and the next 9 columns are their
response to each of the 9 questions (responses are numbered so each response
is a number from 1-8)each row is in reference to the answers that the person
gave. so a typical row would be: PCA 1 6 1 2 2 1 5 8 1. pca being the ID and

Microsoft Office 2000 loaded on it, was upgraded from Win
98 to Win XP. I then created Windows XP logons for all

HELP, I'm trying to create the below in a report, but when I align the
"title" field below the "name" field and the "background" field is more than
one line, the "title" is no longer directly underneath the name. Is there

A couple of things to try.
1- Size Backgroundbigger than two lines and set Can Shrik to No.
2- Combine Name and Title into a single text box and set Can Grow to Yes.

We are trying to transfer to a new Exchange 2003 server so we can
reformat the old machine. Mailbox transfers are complete and the new
box is hooked up internally and to our outgoing IP. I am able to
receive mail from outside the network, but all outgoing mail is stuck
in the queue. I have set the Virtual Smtp server to all unassigned,
and I have nothing in routing. Im not very familiar with these
settings. Is the problem the old exchange server? Is there a way to
remove it without uninstalling exchange from the old machine? My non
deliverables come back with this error message.
