Recall Messages on Different ClientsHi everyone,
I just have a query about Message Recalling. I haven't actually used it
much but today I just have.
I have attempted to recall a message and later found out that the
recipient's client is Apple Mail.
Do any of you know if Apple Mail supports message recalling, or if it is
unique to Outlook, and if my message is likely to be recalled.
Thanks is advance,
Hamish Robertson.
Message recall is specific to Exchange.

The main cause behind the above error message is that when you export the
table for the first time, the field names of the table for the Microsoft Word
Merge format get saved in the Schema.ini file. A schema.ini (schema

Duplicate messages from InboxHello,
I'm using OL2003 and have a large number of duplicate e-mail messages in my
Inbox, mostly as a result of interrupted downloads. Is there any easy way
(without using expensive third party tools) to remove these easily?
Thanks
Hello Sitara,
please check your Email Rules.
This mistake will be there if you have more than one Rules set on one email.

new and reply messages trapped in OUTBOXoutlook 2003
test messages go through DSL service okay. Verizon says it is not their
problem.
when I create a message and hit send button it goes to OUTBOX. hitting send
all and send/receive all has no effect.
Try the troubleshooting steps listed here:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=291613
If that doesn't work for you, please post back.

my free 60 day trial won't let me send messages-stuck in outbox?emails are stuck in outbox-when I open and try to switch to a folder and then
send that doesn't work either. hmm??
You must activate the trial version of Office to get it to work. Then you
need to set up your accounts properly. Get the settings for your ISP's
servers from them. You cannot use Outlook for free HTTP mail accts.

Search for file(s) with a .PST file extension. (Note: Remember to turn on
the ability to look in hidden/system folders as the default storage location
for .pst file types are marked this way under your OS user profile.)

Hello:
Thank you for your report. This is good to know since the Opera systems
requirements page no longer list Windows 98/ME as supported systems.
And it's good to know that there's at least one modern, fully up-to-date

Message preview on IMAP-accountHi.
It is impossible for me to remove preview of a message in inbox-view in an
IMAP-account.
This is Outlook XP/2002, and when I choose View and uncheck the "Automatic
preview", it disappear, but when I go into another folder an back, it is
still there.
Any hints anyone?
Best regards
Jan Henrik
Try going to Views, Current view, Define view and changing the IMAP view by
selecting it's name (not <current view>) and choosing modify. This seems to
stick pretty good for me.

Message Size Limits #2Can anyone tell me how to configure my Exchange 2003 server so that there is
a default incoming/outgoing size limit of 5 MB, but I can override this on a
user by user basis?
I have set the global settings with a 5 MB limit which will apply to all
users and then I brought up my account in ADUC and entered in 10 MB for the
sending/receiving limit. Should this override the global limit?
However, when I go to send a 7 MB email attachment nothing happens - it goes
directly into my Badmail folder skipping the outbound SMTP queue. I don't
ever even get an NDR back.
Any ideas?

Outlook 2000 "Mail Delivery Error" messageI just installed a new hard drive (standard install using the software
the copies the old drive to the new drive, remove old drive, reboot,
viola new drive installed) and ever since my Outlook has stopped
working. I can double-click Outlook, get in and see my old mail, but
when I click 'send/receive' it goes out, logs into the POP3 server,
sees that I have (some number of messages), increments through them,
then errors out with a delivery error. It's almost like it can't
write to my mailbox any more. I'm not sure what to look at next on
this one. Anyone?

Outgoing messages strippedRe Outlook 2003 on Windows XP.
Last few days when I send a message (text, html or rtf)
the email is sent complete with header, Subject line, and
attachment (if there is one) BUT the main body of the
message is not sent, nor the signature.
If I forward or reply to an existing email, the header,
subject and attachment are sent, the message body is
stripped along with any additions.
In the sent folder the message body is empty.
If I go to Outlook Express and send, everything works
fine.

Outlook Express causes timeout when retrieving some messages by pop3Hi,
I heve been experiencing a problem with pop3 service within exchange 2000

by using Outlook Web Access, then delete the offending message. These
messages are mainly spam and/or viruses but it have been valid messages also
