Sometimes Reply All sends to me?????

When I click Reply All on incoming mail - my address is NOT copied.

When I click Reply All on sent mail - my address DOES copy. I would rather
it did not - is there a way?

Thanx.

You'll need to delete it, since you are the sender, it's logical to include
the address in the reply - a similar happens if you hit reply on a sent
item.

Using spellcheck freezes Outlook 2003 on send
I have one user that has this happen to where they lose emails due to frozen Outlook. It only happens on spellcheck. It followed him from one computer to another when I used Office's "Save My Settings Wizard" to transfer his Office settings to his new laptop. He's using HTML email without Word. Any ideas on resetting his dictionary or whatever's causing this? I assume it's either a file or a registry setting that transfers with the wizard. ...

Unable to reply or forward in Outlook XP
I am currently running Outlook 2002 with XP SP2. All of the latest patches for both. Internet connection and account tested and verified. When I use reply or forward to send email, Outlook will sometimes hang (hour glass forever). In order to get out I have to use task manager to stop Outlook. Of course by doing this the email is lost and has to be retyped. I never have this problem when creating a new email from scratch. There have been a number of post on this but I have yet to find one that actually had a fix. Any help would be appreciated. Peter Are you using Word or Outlook a...

Still sending emails internally.

Why does OL skip processing of rules sometimes?
....Like when I am trying to do something else like open a mail item, etc. I know that this takes cycles away from other activities, but still, why can't the thing keep track of pending moves that need to be made and 'catch up' later when it has the chance? This seems to be exactly the kind of tedious task computers are well-suited for! ;-) The alternative, me having to manually re-run the rules is defeating the entire purpose of why I have these rules in the first place! Filtering of emails is not the kind of process that I would expect to slow my system to such a crawl that i...

Exchange server 2003 outbound mail rejection
Hi, We have SBS 2003 and are having occasional problems with E-mails being rejected, but I'm not sure why as there seems no consistency to it. The workstations are Windows XP Pro and using Outlook 2003 as well. For example, we can send an E-mail and have it come back immediately with the text and the bottom of this post. However, if we send the same E-mail again to the same recipient it works fine. It can be in the form of a reply, a new E-mail, an E-mail to someone you have never sent to before, or someone you have sent to many time before with no troubles. I'm stumped, so any h...
