msg template. Text sent not what typed!
I have had the strangest issue with Outlook. I sometimes use msg files to
send emails to colleagues. Normally I have a template set up and I may
change the to, cc, subject and body of the email slightly to reflect the
topic of the email. However the bulk of the email remains the same.
The other day I was sending an email and had amended the template (not saved
as need to use the template again), and sent it out. Whilst the to,cc and
subject fields were correct the text i had entered in the body of the email
had gone and other text had been entered and my signature had dissappea...Exchange question
I currently have Exchange 2000 on Windows 2000. I am getting ready to setup
a new box with Exchange 2003 Ent. on Windows Server 2003. Here are my
1) Does my Exchange server have to be in Native mode before I can upgrade?
2) If I change it to Native mode, will I need to reboot my server?
3) Do I need to reboot the server after I run the Forest and Domain Prep?

I'm working on a form for weekly data entry. I'd like to create a
date field where the user will enter the date the week ends (ie week
ending Friday, June 25th). Is there a way to write code so that
Access will check that the day the user inputs is a Friday (and if not
they will recieve an error message)?. I know how to program the
error message pop-up box, but I have no idea how to write code to
check if the date inputted is a Friday.

I am using CRM3.0. I have the following case.
1. Create Campaign
2. Add contact to campaign list
3. Create Campaign activity - Phone call
4. Distribute activity
5. CRM User will make phone call
6. When contact is interest, CRM user will make a "Free Trail" for contact.
I am having troble in step 6.
So far as I know, I have two choices for "Free Trail".
A) Service Activity
If I choose to create a service activity, then I can not link up the service
activity with the campaign or phone call.
If I choose appointment, I can set "regarding"...Count of Unique Items?
I have a worksheet (Sheet1) where column A consists of dates (in date
order). I need to look at this column from another sheet (Sheet2) in the
same workbook and return the number of unique dates in this column. For
example, on Sheet1 cell A1 has the heading Date, A2 is 10/01/04, A3 is
10/01/04, A4 is 10/01/04 and A5 is 10/05/04. From cell A1 on Sheet2 I need
to look at the range A2:A5 on Sheet1 and return the number 2 (the number of
unique dates in the range).

Because of a bug/deficiency/oversight in a third party inventory counting
application , I did a bunch of physical inventories that did not update the
Item.LastCounted field. I need this field updated so I can see the correct
date each item was counted last.
I am willing to do a seperate SQL statement for each physical inventory
sheet for which I have the problem.
For example, I want to take each item in the PhysicalInventoryEntry table
with PhysicalInventory.Code = '0000057' (or whatever the code is) and set
Item.LastCounted = PhysicalInventory.CloseTime.

I've always been able to paste pictures (such as screen shots) from the
clipboard within the body of HTML emails, but something's happened and now
when I paste a picture it gets removed before it's sent.

I ran the Inventory Wizard 2 days ago and used the 210 worksheet to make some
4,000 items inactive. I selected "Enter items manually" and imported them
from a .csv file. The file had 4 columns: The item number, description,
department and the 4th column had the work "Inactive." The process worked
properly in HQ but did not propogate to the stores.
I am running version 2, sp2.

We have two E2K3 boxes, both with E2K3/sp1 running on W2K3/sp1.
At first we just had one, but were continually running out of disk
space (Ent. vers.), so I re-imaged a system with a great deal more
space and installed E2K3/sp1 on it, and moved some, but not all of the
mailboxes on it. My plans are to use the old server (svr1) as a FE,
then use the new one(svr2) as a BE. I have not checked the FE box on
svr1 yet. Also, we have configured OWA to run on svr1, and it worked
until I started moving mailboxes.

In x141 i have a drop list with 3 possible choices, .02 , .04 , or .08
g141 is the originating cell
p159 is the answer cell.
if s141 remains empty or has 'no' chosen from the drop list i need p159 to
remain blank, however if 'yes' is in s141 then i need the answer from g141
multiplied by .02 or .04 or .08 (which ever one is chosen from the drop list
in x141) to be displayed in p159.

I have created a flowchart in Visio 2000. I put in a hyperlink to another
flowchart. When I view my flowchart in full-screen view I click on the
hyperlink for the other flowchart and it opens in Actual Size mode w/ all
the toolbars open. I would like for it to remain in full-screen mode for the
flowchart I open when I click on the hyperlink. Is this possible?
