New, Reply, Reply All, etc are Grayed Out

One of users has a problem sending e-mails using Outlook 2003 on Win XP.
She can receive mails but whenever she tries to create a new e-mail/reply
to mail/forward mail, those buttons are grayed out.

I was guessing that the user never activated Outlook & the trial period was
expired. I have tried to activate thru the help menu tho, it did nothing.
Also, I uninstalled the Office 2003 & reinstalled it, but no help.
I have double check the SMTP setting & was nothing wrong.
I created another profile, but same thing, still grayed out.

the Send/Receive button is active, she can hit it. but not others (New, 
Reply,
Reply All, Forward).

Does anyone know what caused this problem??? Please advise!!

Personally I would delete and recreate the Outlook profile. If that doesn't 
work, rename the outcmd.dat file while Outlook is closed, then open it and 
see if that helped. The outcmd.dat file is hidden so you'll first have to 
unhide files and folders using Windows Explorer.

Hidden fields in new emails
When I begin to type a new message, the text doesn't appear (the words are hidden) until spell check/sending/or printing. When I select the icon for the font color of text (black) it begins to show my typing as I'm composing the message, but the other words (anything I typed in the 'hidden field') only shows up in the spell check portion and remains hidden. Car Trade-In & New Purchase
I've got a car in Money as an asset, and an associated loan. I've never depreciated the value of the car. It's obviously worth a lot less at the time of trade in so I first need to adjust the depreciated value to reflect the trade-in price. The old loan had more on it than the trade-in value. Unable to create new user on CRM 4.0

All, I'm not even sure what terms to google for related to this problem. Outlook 2002 coming through with reply but nothing is there
Confusing situation. ISP support has never heard of this problem, hopefully someone here has. 3 people share a mailbox. One of them sends an e-mail. The recipient replies. The reply comes through just showing the original e-mail but not their reply. Reply rule doesn't work consistantly
I've got an Outlook 2003 client and we are trying to setup a rule to emulate the Out of Office Assistant. I've setup a rule that is supposed to send reply with a template if the sender is from a list of contacts that I've chosen. It isn't working as expected.
