what I am looking for is a macro that I can easily use
to send mail to a list of users I have made a web page that students
sign up on http://biosciences.utoledo.edu/prs
enter there info when they press submit the data is saved to a text
file that can be opened as a csv file in excel I would like to have a
macro go row by row down the page and extract the email from column G
and insert that in to an email and also the students name from coulmn
B. The csv file is set up like this

Starting from the active cell (call it the StartCell)
In the cell to the left..
ThreeChars = Value.right(3) (the last three chars)
Value = Value - last three characters (assume value is text & at least 3
value = ThreeChars (as text, overwrite any contents of StartCell)
move active cell one down from StartCell

where I create unique .PST file.
For example I create test.pst and I assign full rights to this one for
my 10 users.
For every client, can I link MS Outlook to test.pst ? In this way I

I have a problen on my MS Outlook Message Filtering, this is the scenario.
User A sends a message to User B (inside my organisation) and User C
(outside) then the message goes to User B Inbox, then User C replies to User
B and the message goes to Junk Folder.
This is not usually heppening when User C sends Email on User B, normally it
goes to User B inbox. We have a Rule that filters the Email Address of the
sender so I think that the MS Outlook filters the message thats why it goes
to Junk Folder.

I have MS Office Premium-all of the other programs work. When I try to open
OL2000 I get the the error msg. MS Outlook has encountered a problem and
needs to close. I removed MS Office Premium and re-installed it-same problem.
I also clicked repair from Control Panel-same problem.
Does it work correctly when trying to start Outlook in Safe Mode?

Using excel 2003. I have one excel file & in sheet1 i have lot of data.
Data record as per below
column a1 : is header 1 to h1: is header 8
column a2 : application code

Right now i have search only one base category & one search terms. i.e.

I have a mixed environment of Exchange 2k3 SP2, and Exchange 5.5 SP4.
Currently, the Ex5.5 server is acting as the bridgehead, so all
inbound/outbound mail passes through the IMC on that box.
My problem is with HTML content within emails. I recieve the messages ok
(they are displayed as HTML), but when I forward them, the email loses the
HTML content, and displays it in plain text.
I have checked the "HTML" box setting in the IMC on the Ex5.5 bridghead
server. Is there anywhere else that this needs to be enabled?

I have an XY scatter plot of temperature inside an office building throughout
different times of day across a 3 week period. What I would like to see are
coloured bars that highlight when the office is open (operating hours).
I tried adding colour-filled rectangles with 50% transparency, but I am

We have a server that has crashed and AD is all up the wop. It was our
exchange server (Exchange 2000). We have a new server in place but we can't
restore our public folders from backup (Veritas 9.1). Is there a way to
restore public folders to a different server or do we have to rebuild the

I have installed Outlook Connector 12.1 (12.0.6423) in Outlook 2003. I was
able to download all the email messages from my Hotmail account into Outlook,
but several of them have severely truncated subject lines, while others do
not. Also, several of these messages have excessive extra line breaks, even
when the window states "Extra line breaks in this message were removed." I

I have a spreadsheet with 10 columns
Col A contains an ID
There are various color coded cells in each;
Row 1: B - C are red; F is yellow
Row 2: C is green; E is yellow, etc.
Row count could be up to 300
Before refreshing this report (from Access query)
1. identify cell color for cells in rows
2. After refresh, find row (per the ID field) and replicate the color
New unique rows may be added during the refresh; these will not be color coded
The color is applied without consistent rules in many cases
Rather than refreshing the repo...Search for userform or procedure name?
Tried to search XL files in Windoze Explorer for userform, procedure and
module names - doesn't work. Does anyone know of a search tool that can do
this? Sure would be handy!

We want to add a TextBox to a report that is viewed online. The data

We want to allow our users to enter as much of a Customer Name as they want
