Outlook 2000 change in behavior
I don't know if anyone else has experience this but since
installing critical updates I have noticed that when I
double click to open email messages in my inbox the
messages do not immediately open. The hour glass appears
and it takes longer than before installing the critical
updates for the email messages to open. I have run the
detect/repair tool, and disk defrag. My operating system
is windows 2000.
Any advice is appreciated.

I've sent myself several emails, and haven't received any of them.

...Removing attachments from multiple emails
I searched to get all emails with attachments that are from last year

all of them, but keep the messages. I can do this one email at a time

There are many third-party tools to add this functionality to Outlook. =
Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP...Reply address
I have a client with Exchange 2003. Although all users (Outlook) have their
own mailboxes (firstname.lastname@example.org), all email is handled through generic
company distribution lists (email@example.com), which ensures that more
than one user receives each email.
If users send out email, the default reply address needs to be set to the
address of the distribution list. This needs to be done automatically, and
not by using the options for each mail message.
Can this be done, and if so, HOW?

Ask your ISP. They should be able to talk you through.
Interim Systems and Management Accounting
I want to send some HTML emails from Outlook 2003. I created an HTML
page, with very clean HTML code and CSS in the <head> to control the
formatting. The company logo is held on the website and I have an
absolute link to it.
Ideally I would like this page to become some stationary, so in the
Stationary Picker I selected this HTML file to use as a template.
However Outlook overrides my styles with <font> tags and adds other bits
of HTML to what was a nice clean piece of code.
Is there anyway to stop Outlook doing this?

It would nice to configure the font in Point of sale so it would fit into the
