Cannot "close" personal folder in Folder List - error message

When trying to close an old personal folder in the Folder
List, I get the following error message: Operation
failed. An object cannot be found.

When following the path, the referenced folder no longer
exists. Is there any work around to delete this folder
name from the Folder List.

Fiscal Year Close
v7.5 Great Plains There is a user that went ahead and posted a large number of transactions (not posted to GL, but sitting in batches there - only posted in in POP/SOP with a tie in to Inventory) that are dated _after_ the projected fiscal year close. Are these recoverable? Or do they all have to be voided (with adjustments to inventory) and re-entered from scratch? I think your best bet is to delete the unposted batches in GL and enter returns to negate the transactions in POP and SOP. -- Charles Allen, MVP "YCI" wrote: > v7.5 Great Plains > > There is a us...

Close a form when it loses focus
Hello All Is it possible to make a form close as soon as the user clicks elsewhere on the screen? The form in question is a trivial popup form that is best shown in datasheet view, so I can't add a button. I know the user could close it with the 'X' in the top-right corner, but for other reasons it would be much better if I could force it to close as soon as they click elsewhere. I have tried adding the following OnLostFocus event to the form, but nothing happened! DoCmd.Close acForm, "[frm contacts]", acSaveYes Second question (or does this need to be in a...

Money 2006 closes itself during launch
Hi, I've been using Money for years now without any problems. I currently use the Money 2006 version. A few days ago it suddenly started closing itself after I tried to launch the application. This happens after the Money splashscreen comes up during launch. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times now but this hasn't resolved the problem. The same thing keeps happening. I haven't installed any other software recently so I don't think there's any kind of new conflict going on. Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this issue? Any assis...

Excel 2003 crashing on File > Close
Hi! Has anyone else experienced persistent crashing (messages to Microsof et al) when closing down a workbook using File>Close? There's VBA i there and plenty of UDFs but I first used it without such problems 1/ years ago. The combined updating of the workbook, the OS and Exce seems to have induced a nervous breakdown!
