Fiscal Year Close
v7.5 Great Plains
There is a user that went ahead and posted a large number of transactions
(not posted to GL, but sitting in batches there - only posted in in POP/SOP
with a tie in to Inventory) that are dated _after_ the projected fiscal year
Are these recoverable? Or do they all have to be voided (with adjustments to
inventory) and re-entered from scratch?
I think your best bet is to delete the unposted batches in GL and enter
returns to negate the transactions in POP and SOP.

Is it possible to make a form close as soon as the user clicks elsewhere on
the screen? The form in question is a trivial popup form that is best shown
in datasheet view, so I can't add a button. I know the user could close it
with the 'X' in the top-right corner, but for other reasons it would be much
better if I could force it to close as soon as they click elsewhere. I have
tried adding the following OnLostFocus event to the form, but nothing

Hi, I've been using Money for years now without any problems. I currently
use the Money 2006 version. A few days ago it suddenly started closing
itself after I tried to launch the application. This happens after the Money
splashscreen comes up during launch. I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling several times now but this hasn't resolved the problem. The
same thing keeps happening.
I haven't installed any other software recently so I don't think there's any
kind of new conflict going on. Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve

Have two workbooks - lets call them workbook1 and workbook2 for ease.
Workbook 1 is the main document, however, some of data is drawn from
Workbook 2 which is currently mininmized by following code in VBA
Private Sub Workbook_Open()
ActiveWindow.WindowState = xlMinimized
Ideally I would like Workbook2 opened and hidden so that user does not
even know it is running and then shut down automatically when
Worokbook1 is closed.
PS - when Workbook1 is saved it will be renamed, however Workbook2
title will stay static.

we have too less memory in our Exchange - only 25 MB per person.

You don't mention what version of Outlook, but the later versions (Outlook
2003/2007) may let you remove it via the mail applet in the control panel.
If you can't remove it from there, your only option is to create a new mail
profile (don't copy the existing one) and delete the old one.

We are new to CRM workflow.

I am trying to write a macro to post-process machine translated files.
One of the issues with translation from EN to ES is that "please"+
command normally is translated without please, just the command. It
would be a tedious task for post editors to delete every occurrence of
"please" translation and the upper case the next sentence.
