Sent Items to PST folder?
I am using Outlook 2007 and am trying to find a way to make my Sent Items
automatically go to a PST folder. I was hoping to create a rule that would
just move the Sent Items when I log out the way my Deleted Items are dumped
upon exit. I need to some how archive my sent items so I can avoid the "over
the space limit" messages I am getting regularly. I am open to suggestions if
there is a better way.
So currently you are using an Exchange account?
You can use AutoArchiving to move items older than x days every x days to an
archive file which is a pst-file.

I am running Exchange 2007 sp2. I have autodiscover services setup
correctly, and I also have a public folder store still hanging around. All
outlook clients are running 2007 sp2. How do know or how can I tell if an
outlook client is using autodiscover to locate the availability service, or
if outlook is still using the public folder store to find free\busy data?
Thank you very much
You could dismount the public store and listen for screams.

As an administrator I am able to send emails to the public folder I have

I have looked all over the place and can't find the permissions setting that
is needed so that everyone can send to this email.
I am sure it is an easy fix, so if someone can point me in the right

There are a number of Exchange 5.5 servers on NT 4.0

I received an instruction to remove any public folder
