how can we store multiple email addresses for one contact. i only see option
for one add..?
There are three email attributes in contact entity. emailaddress1 is by
default added on form. If you want to also want to add other two than open
customization form of contacts and add fields named emailaddress2 and
emailaddress3. You can add more custome email fields also.

Hello evryone. I am not a sys admin or a programmer. My company is short on
cash. So I am trying my best for the past 2 weeks to find a solution for auto
archiving for all 200 mailbox users that we have. I have implemented a GPO to
apply settings for auto archiving but the problem we have is that the
archive.pst is still locall. I have researched online and foung that CDO can
help view the hidden "IPC.MS.Outlook.AgingProperties" and alter it and this
CDO can loop nd perform the same task for all folders within a user’s mailbox.

Each time i try to enter a number range, for example, 8-
10, in Excel, it constantly re-formats it to a date. If I
change the formatting to "General" it turns it into a
random number, usually 38209. I would like to turn off
ALL auto-formatting, but that's probably asking too
much. How do I disable this frustrating feature?
When you enter "8-10" in a cell, that's not strictly a number but Excel
thinks you mean a date so converts it as such.
A date is a number and in your example the number 38209 represents August 10

Is there a way to move a cell contents to another cell with a formula. ex:
if a5="Name" then move g5 to j5? Also, I am using
=INDEX(Sheet1!B3:B12,INT((RAND()*10)+1),1) to pick random names from a list.
I have the formula in different place pick random names from different list.
This does work, but I have different list with some of the same names and
with the random pick I do not want the same name to appear.

a formula can only affect the cell it is in, it can't move or change another
cell for this you need some code ...Exchange 2003 new install can not receive external email.
I have just setup a new Windows Server 2003 standard edition with
Exchange 2003 standard edition on it. I have been working for a while
trying to get it to receive external email. I can send out and send/
receive internal messages, but when someone trys to send me a message
from outside our network they get the following returned mail message

we have one client pc with Outlook 2003 where the following problem
if a mail is replied from a user created sub folder of the inbox, the
reply will not appear in sent mails, but will end up in the same sub
folder, sender and recipient appear as identical. The mail goes out
properly though, it's just that Outlook sets internally sender =
recipient and bounces the reply back to the subfolder in which the
original mail is stored.
This happens on a Win 2000 machine with SP4 and all updates, the other
clients use Outlook 2000 or XP and there is no such problem.

Hi, trying to help a friend who migrated to hosted mail with MAPI. She is
running Oultlook 2003 with latest updates. In the navigation there are
personal folders and MAPI folders. The personal folders always show at top
and expanded, with the MAPI folders below and not expanded. She only wants
to see the MAPI folders expanded in the navigation view. I tried deleting the
personal folders and it would not let me and it will not let you deliver to
MAPI, which I understand why. Does anyone know how to make this happen?

When a user replies to a message in a public folder, the outgoing mail's
sender address is the user's one; I want it to be the public folder's one,
or at least I'd like the "reply-to" address to be set to the public

You would need to grant the user permissions to be able to Send As the

I'm using Exchange 2003 and Outlook. Some clients receive my messages as a
blank email with an attachment that contains the message. For most clients
the messages look fine but there are a few that always do this. I'm
guessing that it is an incompatible setting between our mail servers. Any

I have a spreedsheet that is filtered in multiple columns. I am running a
"Subtotal" function to count certian rows when I filter the column. My
question is this. Is there a way to save or freeze the data that the
subtotal function counts in a different cell. In other words I want subtotal
to count everything in a particular column but I want to be able to save that
number somewhere so that when I filter again with another variable I am able
to still view the first subtotal to compare the two. I hope this makes

Suddenly I am getting the following message when I try to close a workbook:
"Your formula contains an invalid external reference to a worksheet.

The mysterious thing is that it does not happen consistently and that, after

Hi, I'm using Word as my e-mail editor in Outlook 2003 and want to change
the default Style for e-mails from 'Normal' to 'Normal (Web)'.
The problem is that new e-mails and replies in HTML format use the 'Normal'
Microsoft Word 'Style', and this has no gap after paragraphs. The upshot of
this is that when sending an e-mail, I have to press return twice to create
a gap, but when the recipient views this, their software shows it as four
gaps (the extra carriage return I typed + their correctly viewed HTML
carriage return after each line).

I am working on microsoft excel 2003, I have a sheet that I merged cells
starting with line 8 through 43...when I type my information in the merged
area I can see all that I am typing...say it goes up to line 30 once I hit
the enter key I can only see up to line 20. Even when I print it out it only
prints up to line 20...I have checked to make sure there are not locked cells
