5.5 to 2003 migration gone bad
I was in the middle of a 5.5 to 2003 migration, when a power outage /
surge happened. Since then all incoming and outgoing mail ceased to
function, and eventually the 5.5 server fails to boot. As of right now
I have a current backup of the 5.5 info, but no backup of the 2003
info. However, I can still log into the 2003 server without a problem.
I would like to install exchange 2003 on a new server, and somehow
move whatever info i can get from the old 2003 server and 5.5 server to
get things running again. Any other thought / ideas of how I can get
our email up ASAP?
...Connect Exchange 2000 to the Internet
I know this has been asked before, but I cannot seem to find one clear
answer. Here is my problem.
I have a Windows 2000 LAN with two WIN2000 servers, one being the PDC,
the other with Exchange 2000 being the BDC.
Both behind a RED HAT 7.2 box and out to the internet.
The internal messaging is handled by the mentioned server, but for
Internet mail, we have a mail service given by our ISP with 20
mailboxes and 200 mb space on disk.
So each user gets internal mail thru exchange, and pop3 mail directly
from the internet via our isp.
I would like to change the configuration so that the exchan...Is ther a like function RAT() in VBA for Access 2003 as in .net?

I would like to create a "cleanup" rule to run periodically. I would
like to be able to put a list of domain names in a list, then have a
rule where if any of those domain names are in the sender name they
will be moved into the deleted folder. I get a lot of mail that I
don't want to filter, but don' necessarily read everday either, and it
mounts up. So, it would be nice if once ever couple of months I could
go in,run the cleanup rule and clear the old ones out.
You can do this by creating a rule that looks for "specific words in the

sorry, this question is not Windows XP related, but about POS printer: when

I have an advanced filter executed in VBA that worked great until upgrading
to Excel 2003. When I put in criteria the first time, the filtering works
fine, but when the criteria row is blanked out so that all rows are unhidden,
it takes forever for that to happen. I suspect that every formula on the
sheet is being recalculated.
Is there a technical explanation for why this problem happens now? Is there
a way to work around this without setting the sheet calculation option to

I wonder if any property or method could to check the current document

If you mean all as in the context of using CTRL+A then
If Selection.Range.Start = ActiveDocument.Range.Start And _
Selection.Range.End = ActiveDocument.Range.End Then
MsgBox "The document is selected"
MsgBox "Only part of the document is selected"
would do that, but it would be better to assign a range rather than a
selection and then you would not need to make the test.

Try formatting the result as NUMBER, instead of Date or Time.
Decimal Places: 2
Does that help?

If 4:30 is in A1, then use =A1*24 and format the cell as Number with 2
Excel keeps time as a fraction of a day.

I have a simple question (I hope)
I used to have a 2000 GC with exchange 2000 on it. I have now moved to a

Here is my question: Why are the Exchange tabs missing from the 2 other
DC’s? I was under the impression that I did not have to install the Exchange
management tools on the other DC’s. If this...Can I Edit The View In Outlook 2003 CalendarTo Be A Six Day Week
