I have some sort of html problem as I can't insert text

html format, however in plain text I can.
I have installed the new XP sp2 update, I have used the

explorer from another pc on the network on my pc all to
no avail. So I am guessing that it is a problem caused
externally of explorer and outlook.
And I have also ran a fully updated virus check.

In my original database (now two years old), I added a paragraph of text in a
memo field in a record.
Now, after a group reorganization, I will be getting additional e-mailed
information and/or hard copy that has to become part of that record. I am
planning to scan the hard-copy to create an attachable document and/or open
the email and somehow include the attachment to the Access record. Does
anyone have any suggestions or examples? Would hyperlinking be the way to go?
Sorry, I meant to mention I'm using Access 2003 and the documents are usually
2-3 pages long.

When sending out a mass email, is there a way to have the
recepient see there name only in the To: field?
Any help is appriciated.
You would need to do a mail merge for that, rather than using the BCC field.
If you have Word installed and it's the same version as Outlook (both 2002,
for example), you can do the merge between the two. Or you can use one of
the many 3rd party mass mailing programs available. Look at the following
pages for further information:

I've been wrestling for a while now with SPAM and Junk Email relaying through
my Exchange 2003 server. I have made changes to the settings for both IMF and

coming from to the filters as well but they still show up and take up
processor time. Is there a way, either a internal setting to modify, a
registry change or 3rd party software to prevent this?

of mailbox in the queue. Run Rule Deployment wizard on the mailbox to receive
emails to the queue.

I created an Exel/VBA2003 application in which a copy of a worksheet is added
when the user pushes some button on the main form. In the worksheet which is
copied, I use a few named ranges. This works fine in 2003.
In 2007, however, a message box pops up that warns for duplicate use of the
named range in the new sheet. Since there are 5 ranges, it is quite annoying
to cancel these message boxes every time.
Can I programmatically prevent these msg boxes from popping up ?

Some time ago there used to be some standard that if your
email address was email@example.com, you could give out your address as
firstname.lastname@example.org and when your email arrived it went into a folder named

it was a cool feature at the time, but I could nto get it to work. I
think this would be a great feature to help us tame email, no?
