Need quick way to build distribution list

Hi. I need to build a distribution list quickly which has as it's
members people sending me emails (people not currently in my
contacts). But the emails aren't coming from the individuals, they are
coming from a form on my website.

So
- all the emails come from the same address (my web form)
- all emails are formatted the same
- all contain an email address for someone who filled out the form

I'd like some kind of drag and drop or automated way to "dump" all
those addressed into a list so I can reply to them en masse.

Anyone know of a way to do this using Outlook? Thanks in advance.

You'll have to write your own VBA code or search the Internet for address
harvesters for Outlook. Outlook itself doesn't have the ability.

You may want to take a look at the products offered by the folks at

You'll need to use a utility or VBA. See
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts_entry.asp for utilities.

Thanks for your responses.

Karl-
I have used Outlook grabber in the past, but I'm not sure it would
have the level of automation I need. Have to investigate. I looks like
leads Grabber might, but it's a $300 software, can't do that.

Diane-
I have 4001 contacts in my main Outlook profile.

If I understand correctly, the addresses you need are in the message body,
correct?

How are your excel and word skills? You could dump the messages into excel
and grab the addresses. I'd start with select all, file, save as txt. Open
the text file in Excel. If you are lucky (and the messages are short and
sweet) you can do a sort and all the addresses will be grouped together. If
you're unlucky, try using formulas to pull the addresses into a column or
use macros in word to remove/replace the extra text. Either of these should
work - but if this is going to be an ongoing project, leads grabber may turn
out to be a good investment.

Updating a list
I have a simple Excel sheet. Basically users choose an item from validated list. This then uses a vlookup to find the number in stock The user can specify how many they want and all I want to do is just t decrease the number in stock by the number required. I thought it migh be something as simple as: =vlookup($B$4,vl_stock,2)-$B$6 etc but this reduces all of the number on the stock list for all items.
