Syncing with Blackberry: bug with private events in calendar?
When I create a "private" calendar event in the Blackberry, the
corresponding entry that appears in Outlook does not have the private flag
Our synchronizing is using the Blackberry Wireless Sync, and we use MS
Exchange and a Blackberry Enterprise Server.
Is this a bug/known limitation?
Thats a good question. I too have experienced this. doesnt bother me much
as i dont set many 'private' calendar events.

I have a form with a text box.
The text box properties are set to allow verticle scroll bars.
The text box margins (L/R/T/B) are set to .02". This is to allow reading
the entries easier.
This is causing the scroll bar for the text box NOT to show, but when I set
the margins to 0", the scroll bar appears.
Is this a known bug? Any work-arounds?
I've never had to use scroll bars, but I'm pretty sure I've seen here or
elsewhere that the scrollbar will only appear if the data in the control is
large enough to require the scrollbar in order to be viewed. Setting the

I am relatively new to access. I am using access 2007 to create a
report that contains subtotals. When the report is displayed on the
screen the subtotals are blank. When the user clicks on the subtotal
text box then the value appears. The user has to click on each

Since the beginning of the year, the Free/Busy window for almost ALL of my
(800+) users is 'stuck' at 1/1/05 through 3/1/05. Most users publish 2
month's worth of free/busy from Outlook, so I should see one month prior to
today's date and two months ahead. If a user increases the # of months
published in outlook, the free/busy time is adjusted to 1/1/05 through the

What view setting are you using on the contacts folder (View | Current
View)? You may want to experiment with all the default views to see if any
of them suit your needs, and if not, you can always create a custom view.

The query works but shows up in the background and cant be clicked on until

adhoc queries until he gets it right and then click another button to do the

A client of mine is having problem with his user information in Outlook
when sending out emails internally. Currently, they are running
Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.
This happened yesterday around 9am. When the user send an email to any
internal staff, his user/contact information is stated as a different
user. For example, my client's name is John Smith and the other

I've got a question regarding sending out mailings to multiple recipients.
What I'd like to do is prevent each recipient from seeing the names of all
of the other recipients but I don't want the TO: line to be empty, I'd like
it to show just the one name of the person receiving the mail. In other
words, I would put all of the names in the BCC line but each named recipient
would see their own address in the TO: line.

think here is a safe spot.
As a user types text into a cell I would like to have another cell display the
number of characters that are currently in it. The count has to be 'live',
meaning that as the person is typing the counter is updating, not simply
updating after the user has pressed 'Enter'.
Alternately, a count-down counter would be even nicer ;-)

I have just uploaded one report using Microsoft CRM. Everything works
fine, except modified date which is displayed in CRM Report Grid for
this report is tomorrow's date. I think it happens because of how CRM
manage UTC time and it thinks that Report server's date is in UTC
All user's setting in Microsoft CRM is UTC+8 (including user who
uploads the report). CRM and Database (+ Report) server is located on
different physical servers, which their time zone setting have been
configured to GMT+8.

How can I get excel to not display a 0 (zero) in a cell with a simple
Z3+A4. I don't want the cells to display zeros before it displays the
calculation when entries are made into the formula cells and I don't want to
