Does Microsoft has a recommended configuration for the Intelligent Message Filter? My recommendation is to start by only blocking messages with the highest SCL (so gateway setting of 9). Then pick something conservative like SCL = 7 to move to junk folder. Hi, How I can enable the access to change the settings for the programmatic access in Outlook 2007. I tried to change the setting with [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Security] "ObjectModelGuard"=dword:00000002 without any success. The settings stays to "Always warn" and can't be changed. We are usiing Windows 7 with McAfee 8.7i. Windows doesn't recognize it in the Action Center. I produced an 8.5 x 11 brochure two days ago in Publisher 2007. I was able to save, resave and reopen the file many times during the day. When I tried to open the file today, I get the "Publisher cannot open the file" error message. I've tried to open the file on two different machines with Publisher 2007 and get the error message both time. One has XP Pro, the other has Visa Home Basic. It's a 1.6 meg file. I just started using the trial version of Office 2007. It takes forever for it to open on my computer but Office 2003 opens just fine. Hi, I have three tables from which data I use to create a single table. The data is entered into the three tables via a form. I have a macro set up to create/update the single table through some make table queries and update queries of data within the first three tables. Hi All, I have a WinNT/Ex5.5 to AD 2000/03 and Ex2k3 migration to do. The client is a small company with only about 15 users. The are a network solutions company that needs flexibility so SBS is out of the question. My initial thought was to have 2 Win2k domain controllers/file servers and one Win2k3 member server running Ex2k3. They only have 2 Win2k server licenses and 1 Win2k3 server license. When launching Outlook 2003 I recieve the following error: The add-in "C:\PROGRAM~1\SPAMBL~1\Bin\461~1.0\SBOLExt.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. I ran the Detect and Repair and that didn't work. I ran the repair option from Add and Remove Program in Control Panel and that didn't work. I also un-installed and then re-installed Outlook 2003 and that didn't work. I'm running Windows 2000. Im checking the return value of a DCOM call by using the macro: FAILED(HRESULT). One particular function call returns the error 0x00080012 (Not all the requested interfaces were available) if the DCOM service is down. Calling FAILED with this HRESULT returns false, meaning that it isnt an error! I think it should be reported as an error as my program cannot call ANY interfaaces beyond this point and crashes. The FAILED macro checks the HR to see if it is negative and 0x00080012 is positive!? Any suggestions? Thanks Andy ...

Error saving a Shared Workbook
I have a user using a shared workbook and gets an error everytime she does this ONE specific change. She deletes a line and then saves and gets a message that says, "EXCEL.exe has generated errors and will be shutdown by Windows... blah blah blah". If she makes anyother type of changes it saves just fine. I also had another user do the SAME change and that person also got that error message.
