I need a message if number of duplicate records exceeds number allowed
Thanks in advance for any help. I'm trying to create If DCount code on my
form that will count the number of duplicate records and then notify me when
the number of duplicate records exceeds the number allowed. The number of
duplicates allowed is established in tblFloorProgCriteria in the field
FloorProgMaxObservations. Here's what I have so far...It's giving me the
message as soon as I attempt to add the first record.

programs work perfectly (including Outlook) except every time I close
Outlook I get the following message.

When I click on Close Program, the error box goes away. Other than the
error message upon closing Outlook, the program works fine.

I have created a series of Parameter Queries in a db (Access 2003), using the

I have a main from and subform. Main form looks up a doctor and the subform
lists the doctor's patients. On the main form there are command buttons to
print specific report for these patients. However, when I click on report
the report comes up with only 4 out of the 5 paitients. It does not pick up
the first patient. Everything else works fine except that one. This is my
code for the report. I do have requery in my main form. Even after I
requery, it will no show all 5 patients. I would appreciate any help anyone

One way to show negative dates/times in excel is to use the 1904 date system.
Be aware that any dates in your worksheet will change by 4 years and a day.
But if you're adding hours, how do you get a negative value?

From PWA I created a Project Custom Field "MyField" of type Text with the

Clicking on an xls or an xlsx file opens Excel 2007; however, the
file itself does not load/open (no blank sheet either). Only way is to
drag the file from its directory.
What have I done wrong?
Try minimizing and then maximizing Excel to see if that makes the file
appear. If it does, I'll build a small routine that does that automatically
when a file is opened. This appears to be a very frequent problem for some
Excel 2007 users.

The Office 2008 apps keep closing down by themselves! The app closes and then a message comes up asking if I want to Send my problem's information and if I want to Recover my work. What can I do to stop this? Is this because of my Office 2008 intallation or is it my Mac?

chopping in the documents, they can break the internal code so the
application can't read them.

I have the Spreadsheet Assistant add in installed in my Excel 2000. I
use the bookmark (which allows you to quickly access frequently used
workbooks without searching though files). Occasionally, I have found
that my links in my bookmark are no longer valid and I have to re-enter

When the links are invalid they will show up with ** at the beginning

Excel 2004 for the Mac and i'm having to use it as a database for my large
record collection as they don't make Access for the Mac unfortunately.

and the Edge role on another server. I have alos created an edge
