WAB and Office 2k3 problem
I've Outlook 2003 connected to an Exchange 2003 server. The only
addresses that appear in my address book are the Global Addresses from the
server, my contacts do not appear. Now when I go to the appropriate
"Outlook Address Book" tab in the contacts properties dialog, the "Show this
folder as an e-mail Address Book" checkbox is grayed out. I have several
other contact folders that exhibit the same grayed out checkbox. If I try
to add them from the Options dialog in the Address Book specifically, they
don't even show up in the as being avail...How do I add a secondary axis to a pivot table chart?
Using XL2007 - the secondary axis radio buttons are greyed out. Is there a
way to add the 2nd axis?

The graph won't calculate the mean for you, so you'll need to calculate the
mean as a new series in your data sheet, and then include that series as a
new series in your graph.

I have an Excel File (around 4.5 megs) with 28 sheets. using the Solver

values. Stopped recording and showed me the chart with the values. If I run
the macro again, it does not display the value. What is the code I need to
always display the value?
After you create the chart, turn on the macro recorder again
Select the chart, and choose Chart>Chart Options
On the Data Labels tab, check Values
Turn off the macro recorder

I have a dialog resource and have created CDialog and a CFormView classes
for this dialog.
If I right-click a control in my dialog I can create a variable for the
control, but how do I specify which class the variable belongs to, ie. my
CDialog or CFormView class?
I don't see how I can tell the add variable class wizard to which class the
variable should be added.
I'm converting a Dialog based app to a doc-view type app and am
experimenting with CFormView, which is why I have CFormView and CDialog
classes referencing the same dialog resource.

I didn't archive my inbox and personal folders before
removing Office XP. Now I have reinstalled Office XP and
thought I could find my old data files. but all of the
import and repair tools work with PST which I don't have.
I remember that previously there were seperate inbox

Be sure to show hidden and system files on your computer and then do a

I can't get a horizontal line added to a pivot chart (column or line) by using the series method. Can anyone help me out? I'm trying to add the horizontal line to show things like the mean and standard deviation.

Pivot charts don't allow you to include data that's not in the pivot
table, and I think it only allows a very limited number of combination
charts, if any.

When I try to open a word document or excel spreadsheet that is saved as an
attachement to an email, I get the message:

If I open Word or Excel before clicking on the attachement to open it, then
it works. This problem only happens when using my laptop which is running
Windows Vista and office 2007. I do not have any problems with this on our

years and have a great system of folders and saved messages. I recently added
a new profile with its own email (pop3) and everything is fine. Upon opening
Outlook it prompts for the profile to open and I can open both. However, when
I select my 'original' profile (listed at 'Outlook' in the drop-down box
presumeably because it was the original profile), all my original folders and
saved messages appear, but the Send/Receive button is missing from the

Did you "upgrade" to iTunes V9.1 ... if so, that has a 99.9% chance of

Is there any way to add a record into the middle of a database without having
to add it at the end and then sort. I need to be able to manually add
records into the database, as though you would in excell, exactly where I
want it without having to use sort since not all of the data can/should be

Tables are unordered. If you need to Order records then you use a
query. You then need a way of defining that order.
A more specific description of your problem including descriptions of
the fields involved will get you a more specific answer.

I understand - and do backup - the backup process for a domain
controller but have some questions about what others do. I'm trying to
make sure I'm doing what needs to be done when I need to recover.
1. We use IBM Tivoli as our Enterprise backup solution and it does a
System state backup on Windows. Comparing what Tivoli says they do with
the Technet and MSDN articles it does the same thing. However, I've
seen articles recommending that you use NTBackup to backup the system
