Creating hyperlinks in documents

I am a teacher. I've created a template for a daily planner. I want to create hyperlinks to items in my daily plans. Some items are web-based, others are documents on my hard drive. I want to be able to click on the planner item and automatically open up  the document. Is there a way to do this? Thanks SO much in advance for any help you can provide.

What application is your planner in?

Assuming this is Word, use the Insert | Hyperlink dialog to add links to 
both webpages and documents on your hard drive.

Trouble creating new smtp address for user
I am trying to move an email address assigned from one user to a different user in the same OU. I removed the address from the original user and tried to add it to the new user but it keeps saying This Email address already exists in this organization ID no: c10312e7 Microsoft Active Direcotry - Exchange Extension I thought maybe since I just removed it I had to wait a bit to re-add that address...so about 40 minutes later I try it and same thing. modifying predefined page designs (or creating a variation of predefined page designs)
I have inserted a photo gallery using: INSERT / PAGE / PHOTOS / PHOTO GALLERY WITH LINKS. This generates a main gallery page with 12 images, each linked to a photo detail page. My problem is that I would like to modify the format of the photo detail pages--but preferably before inserting the photo gallery so I do not have to modify all 12 photo detail pages every time a gallery is added. inserting a PDF into document, its low quality!
I dont see any way to place a PDF into a publisher document. The only way I see how is to drag the PDF file on top of the document from another window. Inserting it as a picture doesnt seem to recognize what a PDF is that way (Im using Pub 2007). Anyway when i drag the PDF in, it shows it as a super low quality way and prints that way too. I am building a database based on people's calls to my organization. I need to be able to see how many times we have received a call from an address as well as what they called about. I made a duplicates query that shows me how many times an address is in the database but then I lose all of the other data about the call. CREATE MACRO TO COPY MULTIPLE WORKSHEETS
Using the record macro function, I can not copy multiple (50+) worksheets from other files into one workbook. I have tried two ways. First way was copying one sheet a a time until I rec'd a too many fonts error. The second way was to select all sheets ina workbook and copy them to another. With the second method I rec'd a macro error. Can anyone be of any help? One of the great things about this group is you can get virtually any problem solved. The advice is free and it's quick. Is there any way to avoid manually applying payments one by one? Our current process is that we have a cash receipt batch of payments that have declined, and on a daily basis, it is reauthorized. Want to create address book for school using mail merge (names/addresses in excel). How do I get more than one address on a page? So far, have only been able to get one name/address per page. Prevent document access if no confirmation
I'm trying to think of a way to have the user confirm that they have checked some information on something else before they edit the document. If they click no (or whatever I put that says they haven't checked the info), I want to either close the document or make it ready only or in some way prevent them from editing the document.
