Changes to the global template

Recently I had to start a new username because of some corrupted files. I
was able to save my documents.

However, everytime that I quit microsoft office a dialogue box appears and
says:

"Word cannot save changes to the global template because it was opened with
read only access. Do you want to save the changes in a template with a
different name?"

Initially I tried to save it, because I was afraid that the changes to my
document would not be saved. Now I click save, and the next dialogue box
appears:

"Microsoft Visual Basic"
"Run-Time errror "5995"
Word cannot write to file.

The options are
"Continue"
"End"
"Debug"
And "Help"

End and Help are the only options available, so I have been hitting end. I
do not think that this has effected any saved changes. Please tell me what
is going on and how do I prevent this from occurring

Change Excel's Standard Chart Types
Hi Whenever I create a chart I tend to make the same amendements to them ... delete the background, change the gridlines, turn off the autoscale etc. I am aware of the fact that I could use a macro to do the job or save a (user-defined) custom chart type. Nevertheless, I guess the easiest way would be to change the standard types. I need to set a user so that the from address for all e-mail that they send (Exchange 2000 & Outlook 2002) is set to another user's e-mail address. When someone receives one of these e-mails (automatically being generated with shipping information) I want the reply address to be set to the default sales e-mail address (sales@...). How do I keep borders from changing in page break preview?
I looked at my spreadsheet in page break preview and the column headings were abbreviated. So I auto fitted the columns. Then the right side of the spreadsheet wasn't in the print preview. Help: Change SMTP address for everything.
We have two servers (in the same site/organisation). The first is running Exchange 5.5, the other is running Exchange 2000. We have about 600 mailboxes on the 5.5 Server, and only 45 on the 2000 server. There are thousands of Public Folders. For business reasons, we need to remove the current email address from all mailboxes, distribution lists and public folders, and then replace it with a totally new address.
