How to create new lead for existing customer?
We are tracking all new leads, whether it is a new prospect or new lead
within an existing customer. But when you enter a new lead, it will not
allow you to pull an existing account. You have to rekey all company data.
Seems kind of like a backwards approach (which is why there's no option to
do this). I would think you would just create a new contact inside an

When I send email (invoices)through my accounting program to more than one
recipient, I get the following;
Message could not be sent because one of the recepients was rejected by the
Server response 5015.54 syntax error in parameter scanning.
Does anyone know what this means?
one of the addresses you are trying to send to is bad - examine the email
addresses for errors.

OK, I give up. I when I moved everything over from my PC to Mac I moved
my contact list (via Palm pilot, etc). In any case, it appears to be
"grouping them" in that they go in alpha order (but not all of them)
and the others show up (in alpha again) after the first "Z". Also when
I do a search for a known name, it returns nothing - yet I can scroll
down and see the contact. Any ideas would be helpful.

Hello, I'm trying to make column graphs by using excel 2002. The
problem is, my y axis values have some negative numbers, so the x axis
labels overlap with some of the columns. Is there anyway to relocate
the x axis labels while keeping the category x axis crossing at zero?
Double click on the axis. On the Patterns tab, for Tick Labels, choose the
Low option. The axis will remain at zero, but the labels will move to the
bottom of the chart.

I've got an address that is an external contact in Exchange as a member of a
distribution group. The email address is definately a good one as single
emails to that address get through ok, but anything sent to the distribution
list gives the sender a bounceback from the contact's address.

But the contact exists in CRM, the link has to be done each time manually,

5 sub-tasks, as well as creating to do lists for 4 employees. I set these up
in the Folder List and would like to drag these into the Calendar allowing me
to print each person a To Do List. A friend suggested Categorizing ,but I

Your Contacts folder is what Outlook uses.
Outlook doesn't have a separate address book. It uses your Contacts folder as
an address book, if you set it to do that. Try using File, Open to see if you
can find your personal file-- outlook.pst.

I would like to plot it using a line chart or a scatter chart with X

I have several email accounts, sending and receiving is fine and my rules
I have to use one default outgoing mail server for all the accounts I
believe and I have done this.
What I find is that e-mail from each account has the same 'sent from'
address, the default account email address.
In Outlook/tools/view or change existing accounts/next/ 'non default'
account/change/more settings/reply e mail box I enter the mail address of

I was just assigned the Exchange admin duties at our office.
We have Exchange 2003 server on Windows 2003 Enterprise.
Outlook XP (but moving to Outlook 2003 clients)
Office management wants the default address book that displays first to be
an Outlook address book instead of our Global Address book (our global
address book contains email addresses of other outside offices and an email
was accidently sent outside to someone with the same name). They want this
done for ALL USERS.
