How i can do advanced search of accounts without invoices?
The current v3.0 Advanced Find won't support this one.
Option would be to use SRS report or ODBC connection via another query tool.

This message started to appear back in Sept and I haven't been able to send
e-mail from Outlook ever since (apart from a 2 day period in Novemeber when
the issue disappeared just as quickly as it appeared).
I now have to cut and paste e-mail i recieve into the e-mail interface of my
provider in order to get e-mail sent.
I have posted this error 3 times now and haven't got a solution, plenty of
questions about versions, platforms, port numbers etc etc, but no fix.
Judging by the hits on google to this, it is and established problem.

I am recieving emails, but every time I try to send one I get an error
message saying, "The server does not support the required HTTP methods. Ther
server responded 'Not Implemented'." I have no idea wht that means or what I
need to change. Help!

When I send a NEW email with an attachment to my husband, it is NOT getting
delivered, however, when I FORWARD an email with an attachment, it IS being
delivered. I've tried sending different types of attachments (Word, JPG,
Acrobat) and it doesn't seem to matter. None of them (as new messages) are
delivered. I can send the same message to his home computer and it gets
delivered, it's just his work Outlook that seems to be the problem.
My email address is on his list of safe senders. He can receive emails with

Can you seach for any powerpoint attachments in an
Hit Ctrl+Shift+F to bring up the advanced find form.
Then search by "ppt" in "frequently-used text fields."
That will search all fields for the term "ppt" which
should find all the files that have a .ppt extention. I
just tried it, and it seemed to work on mine.

I would like to change the number format on my spreadsheet from Base 10 to
Base 12, eg. 12 bottles makes up 1 case. Therefore, if I were adding up three
different cells 9 bottles + 11 bottles + 6 bottles, my result should be 2
cases 2 bottles if possible 2.2 in a case column.

I copy and ...Send/Receive Problem
I am using Outlook 2002 on an XP platform.
I cannot get Outlook to check for Email at regular intervals. I have the my
Outlook set to Send and Receive all my accounts every 10 minutes but nothing
happens. The only way I can receive Emails is by manually using the
Send/Recv button or pressing F9.
Can anyone offer any help.
In case it is relevant I am using Norton Internet Security 2003.

I am trying to allow someone to select "Green", "Yellow" or "Red" from a list
and the cell to display a green/yellow/red icon appropriately. Or, if
possible, the user could just select the icon (instead of selecting text).
Is this possible?
Use Data Validation for the list. Type in Red, Yellow, Green as the list.
This give the user the list to select from.
Use Conditional Formatting for the fill part. Set three conditions, If Cell
Value-"Green" (select a green fill), etc..

Try this. Assume you want B1 text to change colour when the value in A1 is 5,
select B1 and go to conditional formatting. In the condition, select 'Formula

I set up my normal.email.dotm file to have 12 pts below each
paragraph, which helps formatting issues when sending emails to people
using gmail and other programs that interpret paragraph breaks
differently than Outlook.
That works just fine with new emails. However, when I reply to an
email, even an html email, the formatting is not applied. I can fix
this by choosing Format Text and then setting the spacing as per
above, but this is a pain in the neck.
Why don't reply emails use the same template? Is there a way to
template replies so i can use the same formatting?

How can I keep the rows & columns of data that I am copying and pasting

If I paste out of Ms IE v6 into Ms Excel (2003), it does at least keep

Our company is preparing for E2K3, one of the new policies we wanted to
enforce was Prohibit Send and Receive limits. We did not enforce this in
Ex5.5, but now we want to. Planned E2K3 limits would be 90MB-Warning, 100MB -

In our initial testing, it appears as though the Prohibit Send and Receive

AFAIK (and correct me if I am wrong), Exchange natively only lets you
control message formats for messages that are downloaded to POP\IMAP
For security reasons, I would like Exchange to convert all incoming\outgoing
email from\to external domains, as well as INTRA-domain email , to plain
text format. In other words, I do not want to see anymore html email on my
server going in and out, just plain text.
Is there a setting for this for Exchange to handle this natively? If not,
what (if any) 3rd party solutions are out there for this?

use Find Name, and it will Search..
But I cannot send an Email, I get a window that pops
up and says: "Failed to Send Item"
Ask in an Exchange newsgroup as OWA is part of Exchange not Outlook.

When i type in a number into a cell in my worksheet, say:
Excel automatically rounds it to 43. Which is what i want and what i set it
up to do.
However, the number in the formula bar also rounds to 43.
Normally i thought the formula bar stayed at 42.99 and only the spreadsheet
cell rounds to 43.
I am using Excel 2000.
Please help asap as i need the formula bar to stay at 42.99 so i remember
what the original number was!!!
