Permissions to sub-folders
Since sub-folder permissions must be given individually, would a possible
solution be to create a .pst file for a main folder, transfer it to a common
network drive where someone else can open it in their folder list?

<person's name) and select Properties. On the Permissions tab, grant the
folder visible permission to all that need to see the Contacts subfolder.

Every other version of Outlook I have had scrolls up or

as highlighting the current mailbox, right clicking and "Open Other Folder".
Either one of these still does not show the sub folders.
