Question on Returns to Vendor without PO & Receipt number
Our company switched to Great Plains Dynamics from Simply Accounting 3 months
ago. We currently need to return some of the inventory items to our vendors.
However, when we try to enter a transaction entry in Purchasing/Returns
Transaction Entry, in the detail lines we are asked for the PO number or the
receipt number. We are not allowed to go further or save without the PO
number or receipt number. When we converted from Simply Accounting, all we
entered was the beginning balance of the vendors and only the PO's which we
expect to receive. The older PO's were not carried over. W...prob.with printing word doc.
My Word program crashes almost everytime I hit the print button. The last
time I tried,it did not crash, but did not print. Instead, it said it was
spooling, and stayed there. If it crashes again, what info from the report
will be helpful in determining how to fix this problem? If it is a printer
driver problem, is it always the printer that I am trying to use to print
the word doc.? I have three hooked up at this time. (UPS.etc) The printer
that I am trying to use for this doc is practically new.

Only in print preview. On the toolbar there is an icon that you can select to

Unfortunately, the pasted messages did not come through.
Once a line item is received, you can change its cost only during invoice
matching. The process would be to return the item; add a new row with the
correct cost; and receive and invoice the new item. Not an elegant solution,

We are currently moving from CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0 while at the same time
introducing many new users to the system. One feature that we would
like to have, partly to satisfy new users, would be to print
individual account's or contact's addresses to a labelwriter.
Basically, the idea would be that from any view you could select 1-n
accounts or contacts, then click print label on the toolbar, and then
the labels would print from your selected labelprinter. Especially
when printing only one or a few labels, this approach would be
preferable to printing eg through mailmerge.

I have imported student information into an excel spreadsheet (use Excel
2003). Each student has one row of information for each course they take. I
need to print one label for each student and each course & grade must print

I like to add a print button (that will select several worksheets and
print them) in my excel worksheet. I have recorded my action using the
macro recorder the problem is I can't select the printer everytime I
run the macro it print in the background without asking the user to
select the printer and uses the default printer.
Can anyone help?? I just want the user to be able to select the desired

Office XP Pro and I can print any thing to any printer in
my house but Excel will not print to the local printer.
Everything else prints to it just fine. Outlook, Word,

if you have DIR configured on that mailbox store, you can recover them by
selecting the deleted items folder, and selecting Tools, Recover deleted
items from the menu in Outlook...

If you use a screen capture utility to get a PICTURE of the appropriate tab
of msconfig, you should then be able to print the picture easily enough
using the standard methods.
I have Gadwin Print Screen on my computer and used it just now to capture
images of the start tab of msconfig. The pictures created by the screen

When I create a document in either Word ot Publisher the text is not always

pages are produced. The extra pages occur after the first printed page but
