adding a new item to existing matrix in rms 2.0
how come when you add an item to an existhing matrix non of the information
is being forward from the main matrix (ex. supplier, price, cost, reorder #,
barcode format, etc.) even the size, color, and 3rd dimention that you
entered to the new item is not being fowarded. what is going on with 2.0
I think the Matrix is still is a little buggy.. Get all hotfixed up and see
if the helps. There have been 3 for 2.0 hotfixes already.

Working on a large banner, and want to share it with my team for review.
Original file is 15mg, too large to send, and making a .pdf results in 45
pages of tiled images. Other desktop publishing software allows you to
select a "fit to one page" or "scale" option so your image is reduced to one
legal or letter sized sheet of paper. I can't even print this out to walk
around and show my co-workers for comment.
So - making a .pdf doesn't work, selecting Reduce then Fit to Paper Size

a customer is having an issue. he scans an item in the pos screen and all
details show up. but when he tries to look for it later he cant find it. hes

If the item is set as inactive (in the item properties) it will not show up
in the Find screen, but will scan in at the POS. You can turn off the find
option, but I think it is easier to use one of the SOM reports to find the

I'm using XP (SP2) and XP Office. This includes Publisher 2003.
I'm using a Canon S200 printer. This was previously attached to another
computer running Win98SE. There were no printing problems. I installed it to
the XP system using the Canon CD.
Now however it goes crazy when I use Publisher. I'm trying to print a
booklet, two A5 pages on a single A4 sheet. Everything pans out in Print

My operating system is Windows Vista, I have an HP Photosmart 8450 printer
and when using Publisher 2007, none of the clip art will print. Actually, no
clip art will print in any of the Office 2007 programs, but Publisher is the
one that I was using when I discovered this.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Running the diagnostics, does not report any errors, however removing the
temprary data under advenced fixes the problem by deleting the content of the
off line database. The problem with this fix is that it may take up to 12
hours for some of our overseas employees to do their initial off line.

on top of it, then put the same square (except made it
somewhat transparent by way of the fill options) and put
